LBとHB:7と20、7と28、5と7。
3つの全ての第2周波数帯域のデュプレクサの相互変調積を阻害するか、あるいは低減すること。
B7−Tx(2540MHz)−2×B5−Tx(2×830MHz)=B5−Rx(880MHz)。高周波回路は、移相器として、その位相シフトを調整可能なチューナブル移相器を備える。選択された位相シフトに応じて、最高約30dBだけ低減された相互変調妨害を達成することができる。

Claims (12)
- 高周波回路(HF−S)において、
−第1ポート(P1)と、共通ポート(PG)と、第2ポート(P2)とを有するダイプレクサ(DI)と、
−送信ポート(TX)と、共通ポート(PG)と、受信ポート(RX)とを有する第1周波数帯域用第1デュプレクサ(DU)と、
−送信ポート(TX)と、共通ポート(PG)と、受信ポート(RX)とを有する第2周波数帯域用第1デュプレクサ(DU)と、
−前記第1周波数帯域の前記第1デュプレクサ(DU)の前記共通ポート(PG)と前記ダイプレクサ(DI)の前記第1ポート(P1)との間の第1信号経路(SP1)と、
−前記第2周波数帯域の前記第1デュプレクサ(DU)の前記共通ポート(PG)と前記ダイプレクサ(DI)の前記第2ポート(P2)との間の第2信号経路(SP2)と、
−前記第2信号経路(SP2)において、前記第2周波数帯域の前記第1デュプレクサ(DU)及び前記ダイプレクサ(DI)のインピーダンスを、少なくとも1つの相互変調積が低減されるように、前記周波数帯域のうちの一方の少なくとも1つの高調波と整合させるために設けられる移相器(PS)と、を備える、高周波回路。 - 前記ダイプレクサ(DI)は、セラミックダイプレクサである、請求項1に記載の高周波回路。
- 前記第1周波数帯域は、2GHz帯域であり、前記第2周波数帯域は、1GHz帯域である、請求項1又は2に記載の高周波回路。
- 前記第1周波数帯域は、2.5GHz帯域であり、前記第2周波数帯域は、1GHz帯域である、請求項1又は2に記載の高周波回路。
- 前記第1周波数帯域の前記第1デュプレクサ(DU)と並列に接続可能であって、前記第1信号経路(SP1)と接続可能な、2つ目又はそれ以上の更なる前記第1周波数帯域のデュプレクサ(DU)を更に備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の高周波回路。
- 前記ダイプレクサ(DI)の前記第1ポート(P1)を1つ又は複数の前記第1周波数帯域の前記デュプレクサ(DU)と接続可能なスイッチ装置(SW)を更に備える、請求項5に記載の高周波回路。
- 前記第2周波数帯域の前記第1デュプレクサ(DU)と並列に接続可能であって、前記第2信号経路(SP2)と接続可能な、2つ目又はそれ以上の更なる前記第2周波数帯域のデュプレクサ(DU)を更に備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の高周波回路。
- 前記ダイプレクサ(DI)の前記第2ポート(P2)を1つ又は複数の前記第2周波数帯域の前記デュプレクサ(DU)と接続可能なスイッチ装置(SW)を更に備える、請求項7に記載の高周波回路。
- 前記移相器(PS)は、その位相シフトにおいてチューナブルである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の高周波回路。
- 前記第2周波数帯域のデュプレクサ(DU)1つ当たり、1つの移相器(PS)が前記第2信号経路(SP2)に備えられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の高周波回路。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の高周波回路(HF−S)を備える、モバイル無線通信機器。
- モバイル無線通信機器のフロントエンド回路における、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の高周波回路(HF−S)の使用。
