Claims (15)

前記充填材(3)が、機械的連結、化学結合、固溶体、または前記周期的な金属ばね(2)と前記充填材(3)との間に配置された活性層の1または複数を介して前記金属マトリクス(100)に結合されている金属コンポジット(200〜400)。 - 前記周期的な金属ばね(2)が、平均ばねピッチが約0.8〜約7.5mmであり平均ばね径が約0.8〜約7.5mmであるコイルばね(2)を含み、任意選択で前記周期的な金属ばね(2)の平均線径が約0.08〜約0.5mmであり、任意選択で前記周期的な金属ばね(2)の密度が約0.2〜約4g/cm3である、請求項1に記載の金属コンポジット(200〜400)。
- 前記周期的な金属ばね(2)が、鉄合金、ニッケル−クロム基合金、ニッケル合金、銅、または形状記憶合金の1種または複数種を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の金属コンポジット(200〜400)。
- 前記充填材(3)の前記炭素コンポジットが、炭素と、SiO2、Si、B、B2O3、金属、または前記金属の合金の1種または複数種を含有するバインダとを含み、前記金属が、アルミニウム、銅、チタン、ニッケル、タングステン、クロム、鉄、マンガン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、モリブデン、スズ、ビスマス、アンチモン、鉛、カドミウム、またはセレンの1種または複数種であり、任意選択で、前記炭素コンポジット中の前記炭素が、膨張化黒鉛、膨張性黒鉛、天然黒鉛、または合成黒鉛の1種または複数種を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属コンポジット(200〜400)。
- 前記充填材(3)の前記金属が、アルミニウム、銅、スズ、または共晶合金の1種または複数種を含む、請求項4に記載の金属コンポジット(200〜400)。
- 前記充填材(3)の前記ポリマーが、アクリロニトリル/ブタジエンゴム、水素化ニトリル/ブタジエン、アクリロニトリル/ブタジエン/カルボキシモノマー、エチレン/プロピレン/ジエンモノマー、フッ素ゴム、パープロオロカーボンゴム、テトラフルオロエチレン/プロピレンゴム、脂肪族ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリフェニレンスルフィドもしくは架橋ポリフェニレンスルフィド、またはポリカーボネートの1種または複数種を含み、任意選択で前記充填材(3)が強化剤を更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の金属コンポジット(200〜400)。

- 前記充填材(3)が、前記マトリクスを少なくとも部分的にカプセル化する被覆を形成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の金属コンポジット(200〜400)。
- 前記マトリクスが、前記充填材(3)から形成される2の層(5)の間に配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の金属コンポジット(200〜400)。
