表面を用意するステップ、
水又は別の極性溶媒中に懸濁させた結晶性酸化グラフェンフレークを用意するステップ、
金属及び/又は金属酸化物粉末を用意するステップ、並びに
前記結晶性酸化グラフェンフレークを金属及び/又は金属酸化物材料と一緒に前記表面上に溶射するステップ
を含み、それによって得られた複合体が高い機械的特性及び耐食特性を有する、前記方法。 - 結晶性グラフェン/酸化グラフェンフレークと金属及び/又は金属酸化物材料が、噴霧前に乾式混合される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 金属及び/又は金属酸化物粉末が、Ni/Al2O3粉末である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 結晶性グラフェン/酸化グラフェンフレークが、金属粉末とは別に懸濁液を霧化して導入される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 結晶性グラフェン/酸化グラフェンフレークが水中に懸濁されており、体積に対して0.1〜0.5重量%である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 懸濁液中の結晶性グラフェン/酸化グラフェンフレークの濃度が、極性溶媒中で体積に対して0.1〜0.5重量%である、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 結晶性グラフェン/酸化グラフェンフレークの酸化レベルが1重量%を超える、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 結晶性グラフェン/酸化グラフェンフレークが、エタノール又は別の非極性溶媒中に懸濁される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 結晶性グラフェン/酸化グラフェンフレーク懸濁液の濃度が、0.1〜0.5重量%である、請求項18に記載の方法。
