前記スキャフォールド物質の上方の前記培養チャンバーが、前記流体流路をアクセスポートから分離する流体流障壁を形成する前記スキャフォールド物質への直接アクセスのために、前記本体部の外側上面に提供されるアクセスポート内へと開くことを特徴とする、マイクロ流体デバイス。 - 前記本体部が、複数の流体流路のセットを含み、各流体流路が、それぞれの流体流を前記スキャフォールド物質に沿って誘導するために前記細胞培養チャンバーと連通し、前記スキャフォールド物質が、それぞれの流体流路を分離することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。

- 前記本体部の壁のうち少なくとも前記壁端部が、疎水性材料のものであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- それぞれの流路を分離するそれぞれの壁の少なくとも2つの壁端部が、前記培養チャンバーの仮想外周を画定するよう互いに対して配置され、前記スキャフォールド物質が、前記仮想外周により範囲を定められることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記本体部が、マイクロ流体チップであることを特徴とする、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記チップが、複数の培養チャンバー並びに対応するアクセスポート及び流体流路を含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記流体流路のうちの少なくともいくつかが、連続する培養チャンバー間で共有されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記本体部が、外側上面を有する天板及び底部を有する別個の底板を含み、これらの板が、互いに接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 前記底板が、少なくともほぼ完全に平面であることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
