Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 腫瘍を含む関心領域の肝動脈化学塞栓術のためのシステムであって、
少なくとも第1の薬剤及び第1の造影剤を有する第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズを前記関心領域に導入し、少なくとも第2の薬剤及び第2の造影剤を有する第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズを前記関心領域に導入するよう構成される注入デバイスと、
少なくとも第1のX線放射線エネルギーにより前記関心領域の第1の画像データセットを取得し、少なくとも第2のX線放射線エネルギーにより前記関心領域の第2の画像データセットを取得するイメージングシステムと、
前記第1の画像データセットから第1の薬剤濃度を決定し、前記第2の画像データセットから第2の薬剤濃度を決定する濃度決定器と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記イメージングシステムは、スペクトルコンピュータトモグラフィイメージングシステムであり、又は第1の画像データ及び第2の画像データを同時に取得するよう構成されるスペクトルコンピュータトモグラフィシステムである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズは、腫瘍中心血管に入り込むことができないサイズを有し、前記第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズは、腫瘍中心血管に入り込むことができるサイズを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の薬剤が前記第2の薬剤と異なり、及び/又は前記第1の造影剤が前記第2の造影剤と異なる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも第1のX線放射線エネルギーは、前記第1の造影剤のK吸収端に対応し、前記少なくとも第2のX線放射線エネルギーは、前記第2の造影剤のK吸収端に対応する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 腫瘍を含む関心領域に供給された薬剤供給濃度を決定する方法であって、
少なくとも第1のX線放射線エネルギーで動作するX線イメージング装置により関心領域をイメージングすることによって、第1の画像データセットを取得するステップと、
少なくとも第1の薬剤及び第1の造影剤を有する第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズにより前記関心領域に供給された第1の薬剤濃度を、前記第1の画像データセットから決定するステップと、
少なくとも第2のX線放射線エネルギーで動作するX線イメージング装置により前記関心領域をイメージングすることによって、第2の画像データセットを取得するステップと、
少なくとも第2の薬剤及び第2の造影剤を有する第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズにより前記関心領域に供給された第2の薬剤濃度を、前記第2の画像データセットから決定するステップと、
を含み、前記第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズが前記第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズより大きい直径を有する、方法。 - 前記第1の画像データセット及び前記第2の画像データセットが、同時に取得され、又はスペクトルコンピュータトモグラフィによって同時に取得される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズは、それらが腫瘍中心血管に入り込むことができないサイズを有し、前記第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズは、それらが腫瘍中心血管に入り込むことができるサイズを有する、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の薬剤が前記第2の薬剤と異なり、及び/又は前記第1の造影剤が前記第2の造影剤と異なる、請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも第1のX線放射線エネルギーが前記第1の造影剤のK吸収端に対応し、前記少なくとも第2のX線放射線エネルギーが、前記第2の造影剤のK吸収端に対応する、請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 肝動脈化学塞栓術プロシージャの後、腫瘍を含む関心領域における薬剤濃度を決定するシステムであって、
少なくとも第1の薬剤及び第1の造影剤を有する第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズ及び/又は少なくとも第2の薬剤及び第2の造影剤を有する第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズを含む前記関心領域の第1の画像データセットを、第1のX線放射線エネルギーで取得し、少なくとも第1の薬剤及び第1の造影剤を有する第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズ及び/又は少なくとも第2の薬剤及び第2の造影剤を有する第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズを含む前記関心領域の第2の画像データセットを、第2のX線放射線エネルギーで取得するイメージングシステムと、
前記第1の画像データセットから、第1の薬剤濃度及び第2の薬剤濃度を決定し、前記第2の画像データセットから、第1の薬剤濃度及び第2の薬剤濃度を決定する濃度決定器と、
を有するシステム。 - 少なくとも第1の薬剤及び第2の薬剤が関心領域に供給される肝動脈化学塞栓術プロシージャの後、腫瘍における薬剤濃度を決定するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、前記コンピュータプログラムが前記コンピュータ上で実行されるとき、前記関心領域の第1の画像データセットから及び前記関心領域の第2の画像データセットから、第1の薬剤濃度及び第2の薬剤濃度を決定する命令を実行する、コンピュータプログラム。
- 肝動脈化学塞栓術方法であって、
腫瘍を含む関心領域に、少なくとも第1の薬剤及び第1の造影剤を有する第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズを投与するステップと、
前記関心領域に、少なくとも第2の薬剤及び第2の造影剤を有する第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズを投与するステップと、
を含み、前記第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズが前記第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズより大きい直径を有する、肝動脈化学塞栓術方法。 - 少なくとも第1の薬剤及び第1の造影剤を有する第1の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズの或る量と、
少なくとも第1の薬剤及び第1の造影剤を有する第2の薬剤溶出性微小球ビーズの或る量と、を有するキットオブパーツ。
