Abstract
Description
(A)約1.7〜約3.5のMw/Mn、摂氏度である少なくとも1つの溶融点、Tm、及びグラム/立方センチメートルである密度、d、を有し、Tm及びdの数値が、以下の関係

ΔT>48℃であり、ΔHが130J/g超である関係を有し、
CRYSTAFピークが、少なくとも5パーセントの累積ポリマーを使用して決定され、及び5パーセント未満のポリマーが識別可能なCRYSTAFピークを有する場合、CRYSTAF温度は30℃であるか、または
(C)エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーの圧縮成形膜で測定される300パーセント歪み及び1サイクルでのパーセントである弾性回復、Reを有し、グラム/立方センチメートルである密度、dを有し、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーが実質的に架橋相を含まないとき、Re及びdの数値が、以下の関係

(E)25℃での貯蔵係数、G′(25℃)、及び100℃での貯蔵係数、G′(100℃)を有し、G′(25℃)のG′(100℃)に対する比は、約1:1〜約9:1の範囲であると定義される。
また、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーは、
(F)TREFを使用して分画されるとき、40℃〜130℃で溶離する分子画分を有し得、画分が、少なくとも0.5〜最大約1のブロック指数及び約1.3超の分子量分布、Mw/Mnを有することを特徴とするか、または
(G)0超〜最大約1.0の平均ブロック指数及び約1.3超の分子量分布、Mw/Mnを有し得る。
Claims (10)
- 回転成形表皮を作製するための方法であって、
(i)
(A)オレフィンブロックコポリマーを含むポリオレフィン組成物を、
(B)少なくとも1つの分散剤
及び
(C)水の存在下で溶融ブレンドすることにより、水性ポリオレフィン分散液を形成するステップと、
(ii)前記分散液を噴霧乾燥して、350ミクロン以下の平均粒径を有する粉末状のポリオレフィン組成物を形成するステップ
と、
(iii)前記粉末状のポリオレフィン組成物を、第1の表面及び第2の表面を有する表皮に回転成形するステップと、を含む、方法。 - (A)前記オレフィンブロックコポリマーを含む前記ポリオレフィン組成物が、ランダムオレフィンコポリマー、ポリエチレン、プロピレン、プロピレン、エチレン、α−オレフィン、非共役ジエン系コポリマー、エチレン−酢酸ビニル、エチレン−ビニルアルコール、塩素化ポリエチレン、アルコール官能化ポリオレフィン、アミン官能性ポリオレフィン、またはシラングラフト化ポリオレフィンのうちの1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (B)前記分散剤が、エチレンアクリル酸(EAA)、エチレン−メタクリル酸(EMA)、エチレンエチルアクリレート(EEA)コポリマー、エチレンメチルメタクリレート(EMMA)、またはエチレンブチルアクリレート(EBA)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (B)前記分散剤が、12〜60個の炭素原子を有する長鎖脂肪酸または12〜60個の炭素原子を有する脂肪酸塩である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水性ポリオレフィン分散液が、(B)12〜60個の炭素原子を有する長鎖脂肪酸または12〜60個の炭素原子を有する脂肪酸塩の分散剤、及び(C)水の存在下での(A)オレフィンブロックコポリマーの前記溶融ブレンドから得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィン組成物が、染料、顔料、有機充填剤、無機充填剤、可塑剤、安定剤、界面活性剤、帯電防止剤、粘着付与剤、油展剤(oil extender)、架橋剤、化学膨張剤、抗菌剤、増粘剤、または老化防止剤のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (iii)塗料またはラッカー層を、前記回転成形表皮の前記第1の表面に適用するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (iv)発泡体裏張りを、噴霧表皮(spray skin)の前記第2の表面に提供するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (iii)塗料またはラッカー層を、前記噴霧表皮の前記第1の表面に適用するステップと、(iv)発泡体裏張りを、前記噴霧表皮の前記第2の表面に提供するステップとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水性ポリオレフィン分散液が、水性着色料とブレンドされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
