Description
Claims (15)
- 第1の波長の光を第2の波長の光に変換して前記第2の波長の光を放出し、また、前記第1の波長の光を反射する要素と、
前記第1の波長の光を反射するリフレクタと、
反射される前記第1の波長の光が前記要素に向かって方向付けられるように、前記第1の波長の光を前記リフレクタへと放出する光源と、
前記リフレクタによって反射された前記第1の波長の光を前記要素上に集束させ、前記要素から放出された光及び反射された光を集光するレンズと、
を含み、
前記要素は、前記レンズの集束角内の角度分布で前記第2の波長の光を放出し、
前記要素は更に、前記リフレクタによってカバーされる領域外の角度分布で反射される前記第1の波長の光の一部分が、前記リフレクタによってカバーされる前記領域内の角度分布で反射される前記第1の波長の光の一部分よりも大きいような強度分布で、且つ、前記レンズの前記集束角内に実質的にある角度分布で、前記第1の波長の光を反射する、発光装置。 - 前記リフレクタによってカバーされる領域外の角度分布で反射される前記第1の波長の光の一部分は、前記リフレクタによってカバーされる前記領域内の角度分布で反射される前記第1の波長の光の一部分よりも、少なくとも50%大きい又はより好適には70%大きい及び更に好適には90%大きい、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記要素は、波長変換部材と反射部材とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記要素は更に、回折格子を含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記反射部材は、回折格子を含む、請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記反射部材は、傾斜面を含む、請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記反射部材は、散乱要素を含む、請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換部材は、前記レンズに向く前面を有し、前記前面は、前記前面から外側に向く湾曲部を含む、請求項3乃至7の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記波長変換部材は、散乱要素を含む、請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記要素は、前記レンズの焦点面内で移動可能である、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の波長の光と前記第2の波長の光とが混合部材内で混合されるように、前記要素から生じる光及び前記レンズによって集光された光を混合する前記混合部材を更に含む、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記混合部材は、光ファイバである、請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 前記要素から生じ、前記レンズによって集光された光を、光が前記レンズから出た後に、前記混合部材に集束させる追加のレンズを更に含む、請求項11又は12に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光源は、単色光源である、請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光源は、レーザダイオード及び/又は発光ダイオードを含む、請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の発光装置。
