し、直流バイアス値が発生する。しかも液晶コンデンサCLC310と第1蓄積コンデンサCst1307及び第2蓄積コンデンサCst2311の両端の電圧値の変化が速くなるほどカップリング効果は深刻になる。即ち、直流バイアス値が大きくなる。表示パネルの作動電圧は交流であって、即ち交流駆動である。電流のプス、マイナス極に転換が発生すると、直流バイアス値が存在することから、液晶コンデンサCLC310両端の電圧が、表示する画像の正常な表示を支持するに足りなくなる。しかも、それぞれの画素ユニット300の直流バイアス値は異なり、それぞれの液晶コンデンサCLC310両端の電圧も異なり、最終的に全体的な画面表示の不均一を招く。

- 対向して設ける第1基板と、第2基板と、該第1基板と該第2基板との間に設ける液晶層とを含んでなり、
該第1基板は、複数の走査線と、複数のデータ線と、2つずつ絶縁が交錯して形成される複数の画素ユニットとを含み、それぞれの画素ユニットは、液晶コンデンサと、第1スイッチと、第2スイッチと、第1蓄積コンデンサとを含み、
該第1スイッチは制御端が第1制御線を介して第1コントローラに接続し、入力端が該液晶コンデンサに接続し、出力端が該第1蓄積コンデンサに接続し、
該第2スイッチは制御端が信号制御線を介して信号コントローラに接続し、入力端がコモン電極に接続し、出力端が該液晶コンデンサと該第1蓄積コンデンサとに接続し、
表示する画像の変化の速度が予め設定された閾値より低い場合は該信号コントローラが該第2スイッチを制御してオフにする時間が増大し、該第1コントローラが該第1スイッチを制御してオンにし該第1蓄積コンデンサの電気量を増大させ、該液晶コンデンサの電圧を維持することを特徴とする、タッチ機能を具える表示パネル。 - 前記画素領域のそれぞれに第3スイッチと第2蓄積コンデンサとを更に含み、該第3スイッチは制御端が該走査線に接続し、入力端が該データ線に接続し、出力端が該液晶コンデンサと該第2蓄積コンデンサと該第1スイッチの入力端とに接続し、該第2蓄積コンデンサがさらに該第2スイッチの出力端に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチ機能を具える表示パネル。
- 前記第1スイッチが、該第1蓄積コンデンサと該第2基板の間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチ機能を具える表示パネル。
- 前記表示パネルの表示する画像の変化の速度が予め設定された閾値より低い場合は、該信号コントローラが該第1スイッチを制御してオフにする時間を減少させて該第1蓄積コンデンサの電気量を低下させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチ機能を具える表示パネル。
- 前記第1スイッチと第2スイッチと第3スイッチとがいずれも薄膜トランジスタであり、かつそれぞれが第1薄膜トランジスタと第2薄膜トランジスタと第3薄膜トランジスタであって、該第1スイッチは制御端と入力端と出力端とが、該第1薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とドレイン電極とにそれぞれ対応し、該第2スイッチの制御端と入力端と出力端とが該第2薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とドレイン電極とにそれぞれ対応し、該第3スイッチの制御端と第1端と第2端とが該第3薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とドレイン電極とにそれぞれ対応することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチ機能を具える表示パネル。
- 表示パネルを含んでなり、該表示パネルが対向して設ける第1基板と、第2基板と、該第1基板と該第2基板との間に設ける液晶層とを含み、
該第1基板は、複数の走査線と、複数のデータ線と、2つずつ絶縁が交錯して形成される複数の画素ユニットとを含み、それぞれの画素ユニットは、液晶コンデンサと、第1スイッチと、第2スイッチと、第1蓄積コンデンサとを含み、
該第1スイッチは制御端が第1制御線を介して第1コントローラに接続し、入力端が該液晶コンデンサに接続し、出力端が該第1蓄積コンデンサに接続し、
該第2スイッチは制御端が信号制御線を介して信号コントローラに接続し、入力端がコモン電極に接続し、出力端が該液晶コンデンサと該第1蓄積コンデンサとに接続し、
表示する画像の変化の速度が予め設定された閾値より低い場合は該信号コントローラが該第2スイッチを制御してオフにする時間が増大し、該第1コントローラが該第1スイッチを制御してオンにし該第1蓄積コンデンサの電気量を増大させ、該液晶コンデンサの電圧を維持することを特徴とする、タッチ機能を具える表示装置。 - 前記画素ユニットのそれぞれが第3スイッチと第2蓄積コンデンサとを更に含み、該第3スイッチは制御端が該走査線に接続し、入力端が該データ線に接続し、出力端が該液晶コンデンサと該第2蓄積コンデンサと該第1スイッチの入力端とに接続し、該第2蓄積コンデンサがさらに該第2スイッチの出力端に接続することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタッチ機能を具える表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルの表示する画像の変化の速度が予め設定された閾値より低い場合は、該信号コントローラが該第1スイッチを制御してオフにする時間を減少させて該第1蓄積コンデンサの電気量を低下させることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタッチ機能を具える表示装置。
- 前記第1スイッチが、該第1蓄積コンデンサと該第2基板の間に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタッチ機能を具える表示装置。
- 前記第1スイッチと第2スイッチと第3スイッチとがいずれも薄膜トランジスタであり、かつそれぞれが第1薄膜トランジスタと第2薄膜トランジスタと第3薄膜トランジスタであって、該第1スイッチは制御端と入力端と出力端とが、該第1薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とドレイン電極とにそれぞれ対応し、該第2スイッチの制御端と入力端と出力端とが該第2薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とドレイン電極とにそれぞれ対応し、該第3スイッチの制御端と入力端と出力端とが該第3薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とドレイン電極とにそれぞれ対応することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタッチ機能を具える表示装置。
- タッチ機能を具える表示装置がその時点における画像の変化の速度を得て、
該画像の変化の速度が予め設定された閾値より低いか確定し、
該画像の変化の速度が予め設定された閾値より低い場合はスイッチを制御してオンにし、第1蓄積コンデンサに充電を行って該第1蓄積コンデンサの電気量を増大させ、液晶コンデンサの電圧を維持し、
該第1蓄積コンデンサと該液晶コンデンサと該第2蓄積コンデンサとが並列することを特徴とする制御方法。 - 前記図形の変化の速度が予め設定された閾値より低い場合は、スイッチを制御してオンにし、第1蓄積コンデンサに充、放電を行い、該第1蓄積コンデンサの静電容量を増大させ、液晶コンデンサの電圧を維持するステップの前に、表示信号のフレーム周波数を低下させてタッチ信号の制御時間を増加させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の制御方法。
