Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 患者を治療するためのシステムであって、
拡張可能な閉塞プラグであって、長尺状のシャフトと、長尺状のシャフトの先端部に配置された、膜によって少なくとも部分的に覆われた可撓性フレームワークと、を有する拡張可能な閉塞プラグを備えており、前記可撓性フレームワークが、第1の直径によって特徴付けられる第1の形態と、前記第1の直径よりも大きい第2の直径によって特徴付けられる第2の形態との間で移動可能である、システム。 - 前記可撓性フレームワークが、一対の交差したワイヤを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性フレームワークが、形状記憶材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性フレームワークが、前記長尺状のシャフトに固定された第1の端部と、前記第1の端部の反対側の第2の端部と、を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性フレームワークの第1の端部が、前記拡張可能な閉塞プラグの先端部に配置される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性フレームワークの第2の端部が、前記拡張可能な閉塞プラグの先端部に配置される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性フレームワークおよび膜が、前記第2の形態にあるとき、円錐形または傘形状を画定する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- カテーテルおよびプッシュロッドをさらに備え、前記拡張可能な閉塞プラグが、前記第1の形態にあるときに前記カテーテル内に摺動可能に挿入するような大きさおよび形状である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性フレームワークが、前記カテーテル内にないときは、前記第2の形態をとる、請求項8に記載のシステム。

- 前記合成ポリマーが、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、延伸PTFE、ポリウレタンおよびシリコーンからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性フレームワークが、X形状で互いに融着された少なくとも2つの長尺状の要素を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記膜が円板状である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性フレームワークが、第1の端部において接続され、第2の端部において接続または拘束された2つ以上のワイヤを含み、それによって、前記第2の形態において、前記第1の端部での最小直径から、前記第1の端部と第2の端部との間の最大直径まで、さらに、前記第2の端部での前記第2の直径より小さい第3の直径まで変化する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
