Claims (15)
- 細長いキャビティを画定しているロック面を有する側方突出部を含む第1部材であって、前記ロック面は、長手方向部材を前記第1部材に固定するため、当該長手方向部材と係合可能である、第1部材と、
脊椎構成体と係合可能である少なくとも1つの嵌め合い要素を含む第2部材と、
を備えている手術器具において、
前記第1部材は前記第2部材に対し、前記長手方向部材に張力を掛ける第1の方向と前記長手方向部材から張力を解放する第2の方向とに軸方向並進運動可能である、
手術器具。 - 前記第1部材は、前記第1部材の前記第2部材に対する軸方向並進運動を生じさせるように構成されている作動器を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1部材は、前記第1部材を前記第2部材に対して軸方向に並進運動させる回転可能な作動器を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1部材は前記第2部材に螺合されている、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2部材は、軸方向並進運動を実現し易くするために前記第1部材と係合するように構成されているねじの切られたシャフトを含んでいる、請求項4に記載の手術器具。
- 前記側方突出部は平坦な外形を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記側方突出部は、前記長手方向部材を受け入れるように構成されている先細部分を有するスロットを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記側方突出部はフランジを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2部材は、前記脊椎構成体に係合するように構成されている少なくとも1つの嵌め合い要素を有する少なくとも1つの腕部を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2部材は、前記脊椎構成体に係合するように構成されている嵌め合い要素をそれぞれ含む第1腕部と第2腕部を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1腕部は前記第2腕部に、前記第1腕部と前記第2腕部の相対回転を実現し易くする枢軸を介して接続されている、請求項10に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2部材は、第1腕部と、第2腕部と、前記第1腕部を前記第2腕部に対して固定するロックと、を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2腕部は、前記ロックに係合するように構成されているノッチを含んでいる、請求項12に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2腕部は、前記ロックの運動を制限するように構成されているあごを含んでいる、請求項12に記載の手術器具。
- 細長いキャビティを画定しているロック面を有する側方突出部を含む第1部材、前記ロック面、及び脊椎構成体と係合可能である少なくとも1つの嵌め合い要素を含む第2部材と、
前記側方突出部と係合するように構成されている、第1端と第2端の間を延びる可撓性テザーと、
前記テザーの前記第1端、前記少なくとも1つの嵌め合い要素と係合するように構成されているコネクタと、
前記コネクタに配置するように構成されている脊椎ロッドと、
を備えている手術システムにおいて、
前記第1部材は前記第2部材に対し、前記テザーに張力を掛ける第1の方向と前記テザーから張力を解放する第2の方向とに軸方向並進運動可能である、
