Claims (11)
- 高圧および低圧サービスをプラントに供給する圧縮ユニット(1)であって、駆動装置(2)から離れて突出する2つの駆動シャフト端部(3、4)に関連する単一駆動装置(2)と、第1の駆動シャフト端部(3)および第2の駆動シャフト端部(4)と、前記第1の駆動シャフト端部(3)に直接動作可能に接続された第1のユニット(10)と、前記第2の駆動シャフト端部(4)に動作可能に接続された第2のユニット(20)と、を含み、前記第1のユニット(10)は、オーバーハング型インペラ(11)であり、前記第2のユニット(20)は、ブルギヤ(21)および前記ブルギヤ(21)と係合する複数のピニオンを含む一体型ギヤ圧縮装置であり、前記ブルギヤ(21)の直径は、前記ピニオンの直径よりも大きい、圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記第1のユニット(10)の前記オーバーハング型インペラ(11)は、ギヤ装置によって前記第1の駆動シャフト端部(3)に接続されたインペラである、請求項1に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記ブルギヤ(21)は、フランジ接続によって前記第2の駆動シャフト端部(4)に接続される、請求項1または2に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記一体型ギヤ圧縮装置は、少なくとも1つの被駆動シャフト(22、23)を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの被駆動シャフト(22、23)の両端部には、オーバーハング型インペラ(22a、22b、23a、23b)が設けられている、請求項4に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記ブルギヤ(21)は、2つの被駆動シャフト(22、23)、すなわち第1の被駆動シャフト(22)および第2の被駆動シャフト(23)を含み、前記第1(22)および第2の被駆動シャフト(23)の各々には、その両端に一対のオーバーハング型インペラ、すなわち第1のオーバーハング型インペラ(22a、22b)および第2のオーバーハング型インペラ(23a、23b)がそれぞれ設けられる、請求項4または5に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記第1のオーバーハング型インペラ(22a、22b)および前記第2のオーバーハング型インペラ(23a、23b)は、流体接続され、第1の多段圧縮ユニットを形成する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記第1のユニット(10)の出口は、前記第2のユニット(20)の入口に流体接続され、第2の多段圧縮ユニットを形成する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記第1のユニット(10)の入口は、前記第2のユニット(20)の出口に流体接続され、第3の多段圧縮ユニットを形成する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記駆動シャフト端部(3、4)は、単一の駆動シャフト端部である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
- 前記2つの被駆動シャフト(22、23)は、異なる回転速度で回転するように構成される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮ユニット(1)。
