Claims (15)
- 被験者の呼吸努力を決定及び/又は監視するための装置において、
前記被験者の姿勢信号、前記被験者の呼吸信号及び前記被験者の筋電図信号を受信するための受信ユニット、並びに
前記受信した姿勢信号及び前記受信した呼吸信号に基づいて筋電図信号を決定し、前記決定した筋電図信号に基づいて前記呼吸努力を得るための処理ユニット、
を有する装置。 - 前記被験者の前記姿勢信号及び前記被験者の前記呼吸信号を測定するための加速度計センサをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記被験者の前記筋電図信号を測定するための筋電図パッチをさらに有する請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記筋電図パッチは防水である請求項3に記載の装置。
- 複数の前記筋電図パッチが使用される請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記受信ユニットはさらに、前記被験者の運動信号を受信するために配され、前記処理ユニットはさらに、前記運動信号に基づいて前記筋電図信号を決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記受信ユニットはさらに、心拍信号を受信するために配され、前記処理ユニットはさらに、前記心拍信号に基づいて前記決定した筋電図信号を修正し、前記修正された前記決定した筋電図信号に基づいて前記呼吸努力を得るように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 表示ユニットをさらに有し、前記表示ユニットは、地面に対し垂直な軸に対する前記被験者の位置を示すことにより、前記被験者の前記姿勢信号を示すように構成される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 被験者の呼吸努力を決定及び/又は監視するための筋電図パッチにおいて、
第1の電極及び第2の電極であり、前記筋電図パッチに結合され、前記被験者の皮膚に接触するのに適応する、前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極、並びに
少なくとも1つの加速度計センサ
を有し、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間の距離は、前記被験者の右傍胸骨の位置と前記被験者の左傍胸骨の位置との間の距離に対応している、筋電図パッチ。 - 被験者の呼吸努力を決定及び/又は監視するための方法において、
前記被験者の姿勢信号、前記被験者の呼吸信号及び前記被験者の筋電図信号を受信するステップ、
前記姿勢信号及び前記呼吸信号に基づいて筋電図信号を決定するステップ、並びに
前記決定した筋電図信号に基づいて前記呼吸努力を得るステップ
を有する方法。 - 前記被験者の運動信号を受信するステップをさらに有し、前記筋電図信号を決定するステップはさらに、前記運動信号に基づいている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 心拍信号を受信するステップ、並びに前記心拍信号に基づいて前記決定した筋電図信号を修正し、前記修正された前記決定した筋電図信号に基づいて前記呼吸努力を得るステップ、を有する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記呼吸信号が前記被験者の吸気を示し、前記姿勢信号が地面に対し垂直な軸に対する前記被験者の特定の位置を示す場合、前記筋電図信号が決定される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、呼吸器疾患を監視するためである請求項10に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ又は処理器上で実行されるとき、請求項10に記載の方法のステップを、前記コンピュータ又は前記処理器に実行させるプログラムコード手段を有するコンピュータプログラム。
