Abstract
Description
1.複数個の単位移送管が互いに挿入結合されて移送管の長さが調節されるので、成形材料粒子の貯蔵容器の位置が固定された状態でも押出部の位置変化によって移送管を通じて成形材料粒子を円滑に押出部に供給することができる。
2.移送管が少なくとも3個の単位移送管が挿入連結されるので、最小長さが最大長さの2倍以上になることができ、したがって、押出部の移動位置が中央部で2倍となる場合にも移送管の傾斜角度を30度以上に維持して成形材料粒子が官内部で詰まらないで円滑に移送できる。
3.単位移送管の直径が押出部に近づくほど大きくなるので、成形材料粒子が移送管の連結部位でかからないで円滑に移送できる。
4.単位移送管の連結部位に弾性部材が設置された実施形態において、押出部の位置が変化する場合にも貯蔵容器と押出部とを連結する移送管が直線形態を維持するので、重力により移送される成形材料粒子が一定の傾斜に沿って移送できる。
5.成形材料にペレット形態の高分子樹脂を使用するので、成形材料の製造が容易であるので、材料費を低減することができ、材料の選択幅が広く、ペレットのサイズや形状を調節して成形物議製造品質を向上させることができる。
6.押出機に投入される印刷材料を臨時に保管する貯蔵容器を第1貯蔵容器で第2貯蔵容器に区分して高分子樹脂粒子を投入し、第1貯蔵容器は押出機の位置制御に関わらず、実質的に固定されるので、押出機の位置制御精密度を向上させることができ、位置制御部の製造費用を減少させることができる。
7.また、第1貯蔵容器は第2貯蔵容器に比べて相対的に貯蔵容量が大きいので、成形材料の最初ローディング量を大きく確保して連続的な作動が容易である。
8.押出機に連結された第2貯蔵容器は成形材料のローディング量を感知するセンサーを備え、センシングされた結果によって第1貯蔵容器から第2貯蔵容器に成形材料が供給されるので、押出機の重さ及び体積を縮めることができ、したがって押出機の位置制御手段を小型化し、制御の精密度を向上させることができる。
9.押出機をx、y、z方向に位置制御するか、または押出機をx、y方向に位置制御し、成形物製造板をz方向に位置制御するので、成形物製造板の水平方向移動が伴われないので、3次元成形物製造装置の体積を減少させることができる。
10.押出機の直径と成形材料であるペレットのサイズを所定の範囲に制限して押出機の体積が縮まれた状態でもペレットの溶融が効果的になされるようにする。
図1は、本発明の一具現例に従う3次元成形物製造装置の斜視図である。図1を参照すると、本発明の3次元成形物製造装置100は、押出部110、貯蔵容器101、111、及び押出部位置制御部(図示せず)を含む。

Claims (5)
- 成形材料粒子を溶融させ、溶融された成形材料粒子の吐出位置を制御して所定の3次元成形物を製造する装置であって、
成形材料粒子を溶融させ、ノズルを介して吐出させて3次元成形を遂行する押出部と、前記押出部に供給される成形材料粒子を臨時に貯蔵する貯蔵容器と、前記貯蔵容器に貯蔵された成形材料粒子を前記押出部に移送させる通路を提供する移送管と、前記押出部の位置を制御する押出部位置制御部とを含み、
前記移送管は複数個の単位移送管が連結されている
ことを特徴とする3次元成形物製造装置。 - 前記複数個の単位移送管が連結されてなる移送管は、単位移送管のうちの少なくともいずれか一つが他の隣接した移送管の内部に挿入されて連結され、前記挿入されて連結された単位移送管の連結部位の長さが調節できる
請求項1に記載の3次元成形物製造装置。 - 前記単位移送管の連結部位に係止段が形成されて単位移送管が互いに離脱することを防止する
請求項1に記載の3次元成形物製造装置。 - 前記単位移送管は前記貯蔵容器に近い単位移送管の直径が前記押出部に近い単位移送管の直径より小さい
請求項2に記載の3次元成形物製造装置。 - 前記貯蔵容器と移送管との間または前記押出部と移送管との間に柔軟な連結部が形成された
請求項1に記載の3次元成形物製造装置。
