Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 患者の血管を評価するシステムであって、計算装置を有し、該計算装置が、
少なくとも1つの圧力感知血管内装置から、前記患者の複数の心拍サイクルに関する圧力波形を含む圧力データを取得し、
前記患者の前記複数の心拍サイクルの各々に関する圧力波形を基準圧力波形と比較して、異常な圧力波形を識別し、
前記圧力データを用いて圧力比を計算し、その際に前記異常な圧力波形からの圧力データが当該計算から除外されるようにする、
システム。 - 前記基準圧力波形が、前記患者の以前に記録された組の圧力波形に基づくものである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準圧力波形が、処置の間に一定のままである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準圧力波形が、処置の間に変化する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準圧力波形が、前記処置の間に取得されたn個の以前の圧力波形に基づくものである、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準圧力波形が、利用可能な圧力波形のデータベースから選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記計算装置が、全サイクル長を比較することにより前記患者の前記複数の心拍サイクルの各々に関する圧力波形を前記基準圧力波形と比較する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記計算装置が、前記患者の前記複数の心拍サイクルの各々に関する圧力波形と前記基準圧力波形とを、平均圧力、最大圧力と最小圧力との間の範囲及び当該波形の一部の傾斜のうちの少なくとも1つを比較することにより、比較する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記計算装置が、更に、前記患者の前記複数の心拍サイクルの各々に関する圧力波形を前記基準圧力波形と比較することに基づいて一群の異常波形を識別する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の血管内に配置するように寸法決め及び成形された前記少なくとも1つの圧力感知血管内装置を更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記計算装置が、前記患者の血管に関する遠端側圧力波形を近端側圧力波形と比較することにより、前記患者の前記複数の心拍サイクルの各々に関する圧力波形を前記基準圧力波形と比較する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 患者の血管を評価する方法であって、
前記患者の血管内に配置された血管内装置から、前記患者の複数の心拍サイクルに関する圧力波形を含む圧力データを収集するステップと、
前記患者の前記複数の心拍サイクルの各々に関する圧力波形を基準圧力波形と比較して、異常な圧力波形を識別するステップと、
前記圧力データを用いて圧力比を計算するステップであって、前記異常な圧力波形からの圧力データが当該計算から除外されるか又は当該計算で使用するために修正されるステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記基準圧力波形が、前記患者の以前に記録された組の圧力波形に基づくものである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記基準圧力波形が、処置の間に一定のままである請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の前記複数の心拍サイクルの各々に関する圧力波形を基準圧力波形と比較するステップが、全サイクル長を比較するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
