Claims (15)
- ドライバ(4)によって基礎部材、とりわけモノパイル(2)を水中地盤(3)内に設置する方法であって、
基礎部材(2)を前記水中地盤(3)上に載置する工程と、
前記ドライバ(4)から周辺水域へ伝わる騒音を低減するための第1のスクリーン(6)を載置する工程と、
前記第1のスクリーン(6)が前記基礎部材(2)の周りに位置しているときに、前記ドライバ(4)によって前記基礎部材(2)を前記水中地盤(3)内に駆動する工程と、
を有し、さらに、
前記基礎部材(2)を前記水中地盤(3)内に駆動する前に、前記第1のスクリーンの周りにさらなるスクリーン(7,9)を展開する工程
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)を前記第1のスクリーンから展開してなる、方法。
- 請求項2記載の方法において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)が、前記第1のスクリーン(6)に取り付けられた複数のアーム(7)を備え、かつこれらアーム(7)が移動及び/又は回転して前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)を展開してなる、方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項記載の方法において、前記第1のスクリーン(6)の周りにリング(9)を展開し、かつ、該リング(9)からバブルスクリーンを生成する、かつ/あるいは、該リングから浮揚性のあるスクリーンを懸架する工程を備える、方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項記載の方法において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)を、自身の底端が前記第1のスクリーン(6)の底端よりも下方となるように展開する工程を備える、方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項記載の方法において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)が、前記第1のスクリーン(6)の外周と該さらなるスクリーン(7,9)の外周との間の距離が所定の距離となるよう展開され、該距離は、少なくとも3m、好ましくは5m以上、より好ましくは7m以上であり、かつ/ないしは、50m未満、好ましくは40m未満、より好ましくは30m未満である、方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項記載の方法において、騒音が、前記第1のスクリーンによって少なくとも15dB低減され、かつ、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)によって少なくとも5dB低減される、方法。
- 基礎部材の周囲、とりわけモノパイル(2)の周囲に設置される第1のスクリーン(6)であって、水中地盤(3)内での前記基礎部材(2)を駆動する間、該駆動に起因する、例えば川又は海といった周辺水域へ伝わる騒音を低減する第1のスクリーン(6)を備える騒音低減装置(1)において、
前記第1のスクリーン(6)の周りに展開されるさらなるスクリーン(7,9)を備えることを特徴とす騒音低減装置。 - 請求項8記載の騒音低減装置において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)が前記第1のスクリーンに取り付けられ、かつ、格納位置と展開位置との間で移動可能である、騒音低減装置。
- 請求項9記載の騒音低減装置において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)が、前記第1のスクリーン(6)に摺動可能及び/又は回動可能に取り付けられた複数のアーム(7)を備えてなる騒音低減装置。
- 請求項8ないし10のいずれか一項記載の騒音低減装置において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)が一連のノズル又は浮揚性スクリーンを備えてなる騒音低減装置。
- 請求項10を引用する請求項11記載の騒音低減装置において、複数のノズルを有しかつ前記アーム(7)の近傍又は端部に取り付けられたチューブ又はダクトを有してなる、騒音低減装置。
- 請求項8ないし12のいずれか一項記載の騒音低減装置において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)の底端は、前記第1のスクリーン(6)の底端よりも下方で展開される、騒音低減装置。
- 請求項8ないし13のいずれか一項記載の騒音低減装置において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)は、前記第1のスクリーン(6)の底端の少なくとも1m上方に、好ましくは2mより上方に取り付けられてなる、騒音低減装置。
- 請求項8ないし14のいずれか一項記載の騒音低減装置において、前記さらなるスクリーン(7,9)が展開された際、前記第1のスクリーン(6)の外周と該さらなるスクリーン(7,9)の外周との間の距離は、少なくとも3m、好ましくは5m以上、より好ましくは7m以上であり、かつ/ないしは、50m未満、好ましくは40m未満、より好ましくは30m、さらに好ましくは20m未満である、騒音低減装置。
