Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box having a function that can be easily opened for display or the like.

The present applicant has proposed a cardboard packaging box used for delivery and display of merchandise as shown in FIG. 37 (see Patent Document 1, FIG. 6, and FIG. 7 below).

In this packaging box, as shown in FIG. 37 (37A), a pair of side plates 51 and 52 are connected via a ridge in the circumferential direction, and flaps 53 and 54 are extended from the side plates 51 and 52, respectively. A perforated cut-off line 55 is formed at the boundary between the side plates 51, 52 and the flaps 53, 54, and a pressing piece 56 that is convex downward from the upper end is formed on the side plate 51 by the broken line. It has become.

When packaging a product using this packaging box, after the product G is stored in the box with the top surface opened, each pair of flaps 53 and 54 are folded inward and overlapped to form a hot melt. Adhesion is applied and sealed with an adhesive portion 57 sprayed with an adhesive.

Further, when opening the packaging box for display of merchandise, as shown in FIG. 37 (37B), the pushing piece 56 is pushed in, the hand is put on the end of the top surface, and one of the flaps 53 and the top thereof are placed. By pulling up the pair of overlapping flaps 54 and pulling them in the direction of the other flap 53, the cut-off line 55 is broken, and the pair of flaps 53, 54 are cut out from the side plates 51, 52 as they are in the bonded state.

At this time, since it is not necessary to peel off the adhesive portion 57 to which the flaps 53 and 54 are strongly bonded, a large force is not required for opening, and the top surface can be opened as a whole.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-94247

However, in the packaging box as described above, the top surface is continuously cut across the entire width from one end to the other end when opening, so that it may be difficult to open depending on conditions such as materials.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box that can be easily opened according to display, adapted to various materials, dimensions, and shapes.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is such that a flap is extended from each pair of side plates that are continuous via a ridge in the circumferential direction, and each pair of flaps that are bent from the side plates are sequentially overlapped and bonded. And in a sealed packaging box,
Of each of the pair of flaps, either one of the pair is provided with a split break line from the front edge middle part toward the base part, and at least the base part is provided with a cut break line extending between both side ends,
With the breakage of the split break line and the cut break line, the flaps are opened in a bonded state.

In this packaging box, one pair of flaps having the split break line may overlap on the inside, and the other pair of flaps may overlap on the outside, and the pair of flaps having the split break line on the outside, It is good also as what a pair of flap overlaps inside.

The split break line may be a zipper type in which a large number of intermittent cuts have guide portions, and is inclined or curved in the direction of pulling the flap at the time of opening from the start end side to the end side of the break. It should just extend.

The flap may be provided with an auxiliary ruled line for facilitating bending in the bulging direction as it is pulled from the opening handle.

In addition, the split break line may be easily broken from the notch, assuming that the notch part is provided facing the start side of the break of the split break line.

In addition, the base of the flap is provided with a reverse ruled line with reduced bending strength in the valley fold direction in which the surface side is recessed so as to be parallel to and close to the cut-off line. When doing so, the flap may be folded back along the reverse ruled line.

Also, on the upper part of the side plates adjacent to each other facing the cut-off line, a fold line extending obliquely upward is branched and bifurcated from the ruled line at the boundary between the side plates,
When a portion sandwiched between the folding lines is pushed in, a support recess that is recessed inward is formed at an upper corner portion where the side plates are adjacent to each other. When a plurality of packaging boxes are stacked, the upper packaging The box may be supported by the support recess of the lower packaging box so that the box can be displayed in a stable state.

In the packaging box according to the present invention, among the overlapped flaps, only by placing the hand on the outer flap and pulling it, the split break line and the cut break line break, and one flap divided by the split break line and the other Since the flaps are opened together in an adhesive state, they can be easily opened regardless of the material, dimensions, and shape, and the work load at the time of displaying the product is reduced.

First, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following embodiments, portions corresponding to the respective portions of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof is omitted, and only the characteristic portions of the respective embodiments are referred to. .

This packaging box is a so-called A-type (JIS Z 1507 02 type), a general-purpose grooving shape, assembled from the cardboard blank shown in Fig. 1 and having a relatively low height and a large width dimension. It has become. Corrugated cardboard, which is a blank material, has a structure in which a corrugated core is sandwiched between a front liner and a back liner, and the core corrugations are oriented in the vertical direction of the blank.

In this blank, the pair of side plates 1 and 2 in the width direction and the length direction are alternately arranged in the horizontal direction via ruled lines, and the passage piece 3 is arranged at the outer end of one side plate 1. Has been. In each pair of side plates 1 and 2, flaps 4 and 5 are connected to the upper end, and flaps 6 and 7 are connected to the lower end.

A pair of flaps 4 extending from the upper ends of the pair of side plates 1 are provided with split fracture lines 11 from the center of the leading edge toward the base, which is the boundary with the side plate 1. The split break line 11 is a zipper type in which the intermittent cut 11a has a guide portion that prevents the break from breaking. In this embodiment, the guiding portion branches to form a bifurcated shape, and the cut 11a is Y-shaped.

At the boundary between each pair of side plates 1 and 2 and a pair of flaps 4 and 5 extending from the respective upper ends, a cut break line 12 is provided. The cut and break line 12 is formed by perforating a plurality of cuts penetrating through the back surface and the front surface of the cardboard so as to overlap the ruled line pressed from the back surface of the cardboard.

Each pair of flaps 4 and 5 has a reverse ruled line 13 made of a ruled line in which the surface side of the corrugated cardboard is recessed so as to be close to and parallel to the cut-off line 12 that forms a boundary with the side plates 1 and 2, respectively. It is put.

In each boundary part of each pair of side plates 1 and 2 and flaps 4 and 5, a groove-like recess is formed in which the back side is recessed and the thickness of the cardboard is reduced so as to extend in parallel across the reverse ruled line 13. The cut break line 12 is located within the range of the groove-shaped recess.

Further, in the center of the tip of the pair of flaps 5, a fold line serving as a hinge is provided between the arc-shaped break lines on both sides, and a handle portion 14 is provided. A break line and a crease line are put into the shape, and a portion that becomes the handle hole 15 is provided as the pressing is performed.

When manufacturing a packaging box, the blank as described above is folded along a ruled line at the boundary between each pair of side plates 1 and 2, and the passage piece 3 is attached to the inner surface of the side end of the opposite side plate 2. By attaching, it is in a flat folded state.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, in order to assemble and wrap the product, each pair of side plates 1 and 2 is three-dimensional by bending at the ridges so as to form a square tube shape. The bottom surfaces are closed by folding the flaps 6 and 7 inward and sequentially superposing and bonding the pair of flaps 6 and 7 inside and outside.

At this time, in order to avoid interference between the product to be inserted into the box and the tips of the pair of flaps 4 and 5 on the top surface side, as shown in FIG. Insert the product into the box in the folded state.

At this time, the corrugated cardboard is bent along the reverse ruled line 13 whose surface side is crushed in accordance with the characteristic that the corrugated board tends to bend to the crushed side. There is no end.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, the pair of flaps 4 and 5 are sequentially folded inward and overlapped, the flaps 4 and 5 are bonded with an adhesive such as hot melt, and the tips of the pair of flaps 5 are butted together. The sealed state with the top surface closed.

When the flaps 4 and 5 are folded inwardly, the corrugated cardboard is not a reverse ruled line 13 whose front side is crushed, but the perforations are intermittently cut, and the inward bending resistance is weakened by the groove-shaped recess. It bends easily along the cut-off line 12.

When the sealed packaging box is sent from the shipping source to the retail store and opened for display of the product at the storefront, as shown in FIG. 4 (4A), either one of the pair of flaps 5 is used. The handle 14 of the flap 5 is pushed in, a hand is put on the edge of the opening formed in the extraction part, and the flap 5 is pulled upward.

Along with this, the pair of flaps 4 adhered to the back surface of the flap 5 are also pulled upward, and the split fracture line 11 of the pair of flaps 4 starts to break. At this time, since the split break line 11 is a zipper type in which the intermittent cut 11a has a guiding portion, a split is connected between the cuts 11a, and the flap 4 can be cut without interruption.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (4B), when the flap 5 is pulled further upward, the split fracture line 11 is completely broken to divide the pair of flaps 4, and the side plate 1 and the flap 4 The one side portion of the cut-off line 12 at the boundary is also broken.

Next, when the other flap 5 is similarly lifted from the handle portion 14, the other side portion of the cut-off line 12 at the boundary between the side plate 1 and the flap 4 is broken, as shown in FIG. 5 (5A). Then, the pair of flaps 4 divided by the division break line and the pair of flaps 5 overlapping with the pair of flaps 4 are integrally opened while being adhered.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5 (5B), when the cut-off line 12 at the boundary between the pair of flaps 5 and the side plate 2 is broken, the pair of flaps 5 are sided together with the divided portion of the flap 4 bonded to the back surface thereof. The tray 2 is cut from the face plate 2 so that the top surface is opened as a whole.

As described above, in the packaging box, the split fracture line 11 and the cut fracture line 12 are broken only by placing the hand on the outer flap 5 of the overlapped flaps 4 and 5 and pulling them. Since the divided flaps 4 and the overlapping flaps 5 are opened together in an adhesive state, the flaps 4 can be easily opened, and the work load at the time of product display is reduced.

If the pair of flaps 4 and 5 do not need to be completely cut off from the side plates 1 and 2 due to the display conditions, the nature of the product, etc., the cut break line 12 at the base of the pair of flaps 5 is It is also possible to use a normal crease line without a cut shape and bend the pair of flaps 5 along the crease line.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

This packaging box is assumed to be packaging such as beverage-containing PET bottles, and the height is higher than that of the first embodiment, and the width of the side plate 1 of the width surface is narrow. Only one flap 5 is formed.

The split break line 11 of the pair of flaps 4 is a zipper type in which the hook-shaped cuts are intermittent, and is biased toward one flap 5 side having the handle portion 14 in the assembled state, from the start end side to the end side of the break. The flap 5 is inclined and extended in the pulling direction at the time of opening, and when the split break line 11 is broken, the tensile force of the flap 5 acts effectively in the breaking direction.

One flap 5 having a pair of flaps 4 and a handle portion 14 is provided with an auxiliary ruled line 16 for facilitating bending in the bulging direction in accordance with the pulling from the handle portion 14 at the time of opening. The auxiliary ruled lines 16 are diagonally extended from the side closer to the pulling position at the time of opening to the side farther and are pressed from the back side of the cardboard.

In addition, each pair of side plates 1 and 2 and the passage piece 3 is a display that exposes most of the product, etc. A cut band 17 is provided, and a cut start portion 17 a is formed by cutting the side plate 2.

In such a packaging box, even when the flap 5 pulled up from the handle portion 14 is short and has a characteristic that is difficult to bend in dimensions when opening the top surface, due to the inclination of the split break line 11 and the presence of the auxiliary ruled line 16, Similar to the first embodiment, the split break line 11 and the cut break line 12 can be broken only by placing the hand on the handle 14 of the flap 5 and pulling it.

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

This packaging box is substantially the same as that of the second embodiment, but the split break line 11 of the pair of flaps 4 extends from the start end side to the end side of the break in the pulling direction of the flap 5 at the time of opening. It is curved and extended so that it undulates, and when the split break line 11 is broken, the tensile force of the flap 5 acts effectively in the breaking direction.

In addition to the auxiliary ruled line 16 extending obliquely from the vicinity of the handle portion 14, the one flap 5 having the handle portion 14 is inclined from the vicinity of the end toward the side edge toward the front end side from the vicinity of the base portion. Two auxiliary ruled lines 16 extending in the direction are entered.

Even in such a packaging box, similar to the second embodiment, the flap 5 pulled up from the handle portion 14 is short and has a characteristic that it is difficult to bend in dimension when the top surface is opened. The presence of the bend and the auxiliary ruled line 16 makes it possible to easily break the split break line 11 and the cut break line 12 simply by placing the hand on the handle portion 14 of the flap 5 and pulling it.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

This packaging box is made of thick corrugated cardboard with high pressure resistance, and the pair of flaps 4 are provided with tapered notches 11b having a wide width at the front edge and gradually narrowing toward the split fracture line 11. The notch portion 11b is located in a portion overlapping the flap 5 designated to be pulled upward first.

As a result, when the flap 5 is pulled up at the time of opening, the flap 4 starts to be split up and down at the notch portion 11b, and the breaking of the start end portion of the split break line 11 is induced, and the split break line 11 is easily broken from the notch portion 11b be able to.

Further, on the upper part of the side plates 1 and 2 adjacent to each other facing the cut-off line 12, a folding line 18 that branches into a bifurcation from the ruled line at the boundary between the side plates 1 and 2 and extends obliquely upward is inserted. A folding line 18 is also inserted in the piece 3. The folding line 18 is a combination of a ruled line pressed from the back side of the cardboard and a cut through the front and back of the cardboard.

In such a packaging box, as shown in FIG. 21 (21A), in a state where the entire top surface is opened by opening, the upper corners adjacent to the side plates 1 and 2 are pushed inward, and the folding line 18 And the ruled line sandwiched between them is valley-folded, a support recess 18a that is recessed inward is formed at the upper corner of the side plates 1 and 2 adjacent to each other.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 21 (21B), when a plurality of packaging boxes are stacked at the time of display of goods at the store, the upper packaging box is supported by the support recess 18a of the lower packaging box, Can be displayed in a stable state.

In this embodiment, the support recess 18a is provided at the top of all four corners where each pair of side plates 1 and 2 is adjacent. However, the support recess 18a is at least one set of diagonal positions. If it is provided in the section, the upper packaging box can be supported at the time of loading display.

Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

Unlike the ones in the first to fourth embodiments, this packaging box has a split break line 11 placed in a pair of flaps 5 in the lengthwise direction and faces one side of the split break line 11, and a clasp part 14 is provided. Then, in the sealed state, the pair of flaps 5 in the length direction overlaps the outside, the pair of flaps 4 in the width direction overlaps inside, and the split fracture line 11 is positioned between the leading edges of the pair of flaps 4 on the inside. It has become.

When opening the packaging box, as shown in FIG. 25 (25A), a hand is placed on the handle 14 and the pair of flaps 5 are in contact with each other as shown in FIG. 25 (25B). As it is, it is pulled up from one side facing the split fracture line 11 and the split fracture line 11 and the cut fracture line 12 at the base of the flap 5 are broken. Similarly, the other side part facing the split fracture line 11 of the pair of flaps 5 is pulled up, and the cut fracture line 12 at the base of the flap 5 is broken.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 26, when the cut-off line 12 at the base of the pair of flaps 4 is broken, the flap 4 is cut off from the side plate 1 together with the pair of flaps 5 divided by the divided line 11. The tray is in a state where the entire surface is opened.

Even in such a packaging box, as in the above-described embodiments, the split break line 11 and the cut break line 12 are broken by simply pulling the outer flap 5 with a hand, and the flap is divided at the split break line 11. 5 and the flap 4 overlapping therewith are opened together in an adhesive state, so that the product can be displayed easily by opening it and opening the entire top surface.

Next, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

As in the fifth embodiment, in the sealed state, the packaging box has a pair of flaps 5 in the length direction overlapped on the outside and a pair of flaps 4 in the width direction overlapped on the inside. The handle 14 of the split break line 11 placed in the flap 5 is arranged so as to face the leading edge of the flap 4 that overlaps the inside, and the split break line 11 extends from the start end side to the end side of the break. The flap 5 is inclined and extended in the pulling direction at the time of opening.

In such a packaging box, it can be opened by pushing the handle 14, grasping the tip end portion of the flap 4 together with the pair of flaps 5, and pulling it up. Since both side edges of 4 act as a cutting edge for breaking the cut-off line 12, the certainty of opening is improved.

Next, a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

As in the fifth and sixth embodiments, the packaging box has a pair of flaps 5 in the length direction overlapped on the outside and a pair of flaps 4 in the width direction overlapped on the inside in the sealed state. Since the line 11 is located on the inner one of the flaps 4, the flap 4 has a care recess 4 a formed in a portion where the handle portion 14 overlaps, as shown in FIG. 35 (35 A), The handle 14 can be pushed in without interfering with the flap 4 at the time of opening.

Further, the split break line 11 is curved in an arc shape in the pulling direction of the flap 5 at the time of opening from the handle portion 14 which is the start end side of the break to the cut break line 12 which is the end side. At the time of breaking, the tensile force of the flap 5 acts effectively in the breaking direction.

Further, the pair of flaps 5 is provided with a flexible wire 19 in the vicinity of the portion where the tip edge of the other flap 4 that overlaps the back side in the sealed state is located along the tip edge of the flap 4. Yes. The flexible wire 19 has intermittent cuts.

Thus, when opening, as shown in FIG. 35 (35B), when the pair of flaps 5 are wound upward from the handle portion 14 and pulled toward the other flap 4, the pair of flaps 5 are flexible. Since the wire 19 is once bent, the cut break line 12 can be easily broken stepwise.

In each of the first to seventh embodiments, a rectangular parallelepiped packaging box in which the ridges of the side plates 1 and 2 form a right angle is illustrated, but an inclined chamfer is interposed between the side plates 1 and 2. The same configuration can be applied to the packaging box.

Moreover, although illustrated about the packaging box made from cardboard, the same structure is applicable also to the packaging box made from paperboard except the structure depending on the characteristic of cardboard, such as the pressing direction of a ruled line.

Moreover, after storing goods, although illustrated about the normal packaging box which piles up and seals each pair of flaps 4 and 5 on the top | upper surface, in a state where each pair of side plates 1 and 2 is laid down so as to wrap the goods A similar unsealing structure can also be adopted in a wrap-round packaging box that has a rectangular cylindrical shape and is overlapped and sealed with a pair of flaps 4 and 5 at both end faces.
