The present invention relates to a packaging box having a function of being easily opened for display or the like.

As a corrugated cardboard packaging box used for the delivery and display of goods, the applicant has proposed the one as shown in FIG. 37 (see Patent Document 1 below and FIGS. 6 and 7).

In this packaging box, as shown in FIG. 37 (37A), the pair of side plates 51, 52 are connected in the circumferential direction via the ridges, and the flaps 53, 54 are extended from the side plates 51, 52, respectively. A perforated tear-off break line 55 with intermittent cuts is inserted at the boundary between the side plates 51, 52 and the flaps 53, 54, and a pushing piece 56 which is convex downward from the upper end is formed on the side plate 51 by the break line. It has become

When the product is packaged using this packaging box, the product G is stored in the box with the top surface open, and then the pair of flaps 53 and 54 are folded inward and stacked, and hot melt It adheres and seals with the adhesion part 57 which sprayed the adhesive agent.

Further, when opening the packaging box for product display, as shown in FIG. 37 (37B), the pushing piece 56 is pushed in and a hand is put on the top surface end, and one flap 53 and it is placed thereon By pulling up the pair of overlapping flaps 54 and pulling them in the direction of the other flap 53, the cut and broken line 55 is broken, and the pair of flaps 53, 54 are cut out integrally from the side plates 51, 52 in an adhered state.

However, in the case of the packaging box as described above, since the top surface is continuously cut over the entire width from one end to the other end at the time of opening, it may be difficult to open depending on the conditions such as the material.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging box which can be easily opened in accordance with various materials, sizes and shapes, and can be used for opening.

In order to solve the above problems, according to the present invention, flaps are respectively extended from a pair of side plates connected in a circumferential direction via a collar portion, and a pair of flaps bent from the side plates are sequentially overlapped to bond them. In the packaging box to be sealed and sealed,
In any one of the pair of flaps, a split break line is inserted from the tip edge middle portion toward the base direction, and at least the cutaway break line extending between both ends is inserted in the base portion;
It is made to open in the state where the said flaps were adhere | attached in connection with the fracture | rupture of the said dividing fracture line and a tearing-off fracture line.

In this packaging box, one pair of flaps having the dividing break line may overlap on the inside and the other pair of flaps may overlap on the outside, and one pair of flaps having the dividing break line may be on the outside, the other The pair of flaps may overlap on the inside.

Then, the split fracture line may be a zipper type in which a number of intermittent cuts have a guiding portion, and from the start side to the end side of the break, the split breaking line is inclined or curved in the tension direction of the flap at opening. It should just extend.

Further, the flap may be provided with an auxiliary ruled line for making it easy to bend in the bulging direction in accordance with pulling from the hand opening portion for opening.

Further, the split fracture line may be easily fractured from the notch portion, assuming that the notch portion is provided facing the start end side of the fracture of the split fracture line.

In addition, the base of the flap is provided with a reverse crease which weakens bending strength in the valley folding direction in which the surface side is recessed so as to be parallel to and adjacent to the cut break line, and the product is boxed When doing this, the flap may be folded outward along the reverse ruled line.

Further, in the upper part of the side plates adjacent to the cut break line, a fold line which is bifurcated from the ruled line of the boundary between the side plates and extends obliquely upward is inserted.
When a portion sandwiched between the folding lines is pushed in, a support recess recessed inward is formed in the upper corner where the side plates adjoin each other, and when stacking a plurality of packaging boxes, the upper side packaging The box may be supported by the support recess of the lower side packaging box so that stacking display can be performed in a stable state.

In the packaging box according to the present invention, among the overlapped flaps, the split break line and the cut break line are broken only by putting the hand on the outer flap and pulling it, and one flap and the other divided by the split break line In the adhesive state, the flap and the flap open in an integrated manner, so that it can be easily opened regardless of the material, size and shape, and the workload at the time of product display is reduced.

First, a description will be given of a first reference embodiment of the present invention in FIGS. 1-5. In the following embodiments, the parts corresponding to the parts of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, the description thereof is omitted, and the characteristic parts of the respective embodiments are referred to. .

This packaging box is a so-called A type (JIS Z 1507 02 type) general-purpose grooved shape, is assembled from the cardboard blank shown in FIG. 1, and is relatively low in height and large in width dimension It has become. Corrugated cardboard, which is a blank material, has a structure in which a corrugated core is sandwiched between a front liner and a back liner, and the core step is directed in the longitudinal direction of the blank.

In this blank, the pair of side plates 1 and 2 in the width direction and the length direction are alternately provided in the lateral direction via the ruled line, and the subjacent piece 3 is provided in a row on the outer end of one side plate 1 It is done. The flaps 4 and 5 are provided in a row at the upper end of the pair of side plates 1 and 2, and the flaps 6 and 7 are provided in a row at the lower end.

In the pair of flaps 4 extending from the upper ends of the pair of side plates 1, a dividing break line 11 is inserted from the center of the tip edge toward the base direction which is the boundary with the side plate 1. The parting break line 11 is a zipper type having a guide portion for preventing the disconnection of the broken cuts 11a. In this embodiment, the guiding portion is branched to be bifurcated, and the incision 11a is Y-shaped.

At the boundary between the pair of side plates 1 and 2 and the pair of flaps 4 and 5 extending from the upper end of the pair of side plates 1 and 2, a tearing-off line 12 is inserted. The tearing-off line 12 is assumed to be formed by inserting perforations in which a large number of incisions penetrating the back surface and the front surface of the corrugated cardboard are superimposed on the pushing ruled lines pressed from the back surface of the corrugated cardboard.

Each of the pair of flaps 4 and 5 has a reverse ruled line 13 consisting of a pushing ruled line in which the surface side of the corrugated board is dented so as to be close to and parallel to the cutaway line 12 forming the boundary with the side plates 1 and 2 It is inserted.

At the boundary between each pair of side plates 1 and 2 and the flaps 4 and 5, a groove-like recess is formed in which the back surface side is recessed and the thickness of the cardboard is reduced, so as to extend in parallel across the reverse crease 13. The tear-off line 12 is located in the range of the groove-like recess.

Further, in the center of the tip of the pair of flaps 5, a fold line serving as a hinge is put between the arc-shaped break lines on both sides, and a hooking portion 14 is provided. The shape is provided with a break line and a fold line, and a portion to be the handle hole 15 is provided along with the pressing.

The blank as described above is folded along the creases of the boundaries between the pair of side plates 1 and 2 in the production of the packaging box, and the passage piece 3 is attached to the inner surface of the side end of the side plate 2 on the opposite side. By putting it, it makes it a flat folded state.

And as shown in FIG. 2, in order to assemble and package goods, each pair of side plates 1 and 2 are three-dimensionally bent by a collar part so that a square cylinder shape may be formed, The bottoms are closed by bending the flaps 6 and 7 inward and sequentially overlapping and bonding the pair of flaps 6 and 7 inward and outward.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, each pair of flaps 4 and 5 are turned outward to avoid interference between the product to be inserted into the box and the tip of each pair of flaps 4 and 5 on the top surface side. Insert the goods into the box in the folded state.

At this time, according to the characteristic that the corrugated board is easily bent to the side where the core is crushed, the surface side is bent along the reverse crease 13 which is crushed, so that the connecting portion between the notches of the tear line 12 is broken. I will not lose it.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, the pair of flaps 4 and 5 are sequentially bent inward and stacked, and the flaps 4 and 5 are adhered by an adhesive such as hot melt, and the tips of the pair of flaps 5 are butted. , The top surface is closed and closed.

When the flaps 4 and 5 were bent inward, the corrugated board was not cut in the reverse crease 13 whose surface side was crushed, but the cut was interrupted in a perforation shape, and the inward bending resistance was weakened by the grooved recess. It easily bends along the tear line 12.

When the packaging box sealed in this way is sent from the shipping source to the retail store and opened for display of goods at the store, as shown in FIG. 4 (4A), either one of the pair of flaps 5 is used. The handhold portion 14 of the flap 5 is pushed in, the hand is put on the edge of the opening formed in the extraction portion, and the flap 5 is pulled upward.

Along with this, the flaps 5 and the pair of flaps 4 bonded to the back surface thereof are also pulled upward, and the split fracture lines 11 of the pair of flaps 4 begin to break. At this time, the split fracture line 11 is a zipper type in which the discontinuous incisions 11a have a guiding portion, so that the fissures are connected between the incisions 11a, and the flap 4 can be cut without interruption.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (4B), when Pulling this flap 5 further upwards, dividing break line 11 is completely broken, the pair of flaps 4 is divided, also the side surface plate 1 and the flap 4 The tear-off line 12 at the boundary of is also broken at one side.

Next, when the other flap 5 is similarly pulled up from the handle portion 14, the other side portion of the cutaway line 12 at the boundary between the side plate 1 and the flap 4 is broken, as shown in FIG. 5 (5 A) The pair of flaps 4 divided by the dividing broken line and the pair of flaps 5 overlapping thereon are integrally opened in a state of being adhered.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5 (5B), when the tearing break line 12 at the boundary between the pair of flaps 5 and the side plate 2 is broken, the pair of flaps 5 together with the divided portions of the flaps 4 adhered to its back side It is cut off from the face plate 2 to be in a tray state in which the top surface is entirely open.

As described above, in the packaging box described above, the split break line 11 and the cut break line 12 are broken only by putting the hand on the outer flap 5 of the overlapped flaps 4 and 5 and pulling it. Since the split flaps 4 and the flaps 5 overlapping the split flaps 4 are integrally opened in a bonded state, they can be easily opened, and the workload at the time of product display is reduced.

In the case where it is not necessary to completely cut off each pair of flaps 4 and 5 from the side plates 1 and 2 due to the display conditions and the property of goods, etc., the tearing off line 12 at the base of the pair of flaps 5 is perforated. Alternatively, the pair of flaps 5 may be bent along a normal creased line without a notch.

Next, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS.

The packaging box, assuming the packaging such as beverage containing PET bottles, the higher height than that of the first reference embodiment, is assumed narrower side plates 1 of the wide face, the finger-hooking portion 14, It is formed only on one flap 5.

The split fracture line 11 of the pair of flaps 4 is a zipper type in which a hook-like cut is interrupted, and is biased to the one flap 5 side having the hook portion 14 in the assembled state, and extends from the start end side to the end side of the break. The flap 5 extends obliquely in the tension direction of the flap 5 at the time of opening, and the tension of the flap 5 effectively acts in the fracture direction when the split fracture line 11 is fractured.

In one of the flaps 5 having the pair of flaps 4 and the handle portion 14, an auxiliary ruled line 16 is inserted for facilitating bending in the bulging direction with pulling from the handle portion 14 at the time of opening. The auxiliary ruled line 16 obliquely extends from the side close to the pulling position at the time of opening from the side far from the pulling position, and is a pressed ruled line pressed from the back side of the cardboard.

In addition, for each pair of side plates 1 and 2 and the passage piece 3, for display etc. where most of the goods are exposed, the middle lower part in the height direction, such as cut tape extending all around in the assembled state A tear strip 17 is provided, and a cutaway portion 17 a thereof is formed by cutting the side plate 2.

In such a packaging box, even when the flap 5 pulled up from the hook portion 14 is short at the time of opening to open the top surface and it has a characteristic that it is difficult to bend in dimension, the slope of the dividing line 11 and the presence of the auxiliary ruled line 16 similar to the first reference embodiment, only pulled over the hand on the finger-hooking portion 14 of the flap 5 can be broken dividing break line 11 and the cut broken broken 12.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 11 to FIG.

Although this packaging box is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, the split break lines 11 of the pair of flaps 4 extend from the start end side to the end side of the break in the tension direction of the flap 5 at the time of opening. It is curved and extends in a wavelike manner, and when breaking the dividing break line 11, the tensile force of the flap 5 is effectively applied in the breaking direction.

Further, in addition to the auxiliary ruled line 16 obliquely extending from the vicinity of the handhold portion 14, the flap 5 having the handhold portion 14 is obliquely directed from the base toward the tip end side from the vicinity of the end thereof toward the side edge There are two auxiliary ruled lines 16 extending in each direction.

Even in such a packaging box, as in the first embodiment, at the time of opening to open the top surface, although the flap 5 pulled up from the hook portion 14 is short and has a characteristic of being difficult to bend in size Due to the curvature of and the presence of the auxiliary ruled line 16, the split fracture line 11 and the cut fracture line 12 can be easily fractured simply by putting a hand on the hook 14 of the flap 5 and pulling it.

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 16 to FIG.

This packaging box is made of thick corrugated cardboard with high pressure resistance, and the pair of flaps 4 is provided with a tapered notch 11b whose width on the tip end side is wide and gradually narrows over the dividing break line 11 The notch 11b is located at a portion overlapping the flap 5 which is initially designated to be pulled upward.

Thereby, when the flap 5 is pulled up at the time of opening, the flap 4 starts to be divided up and down at the notch 11b, a break of the start end of the divided break line 11 is induced, and the divided break line 11 is easily broken from the notch 11b. be able to.

Further, in the upper portion of the side plates 1 and 2 adjacent to the cut break line 12, a folding line 18 which is bifurcated from the ruled line of the boundary between the side plates 1 and 2 and extends obliquely upward is inserted. Piece 3 also has a folding line 18 inserted therein. The folding line 18 is a combination of a punched line pressed from the back surface of the corrugated board and a notch penetrating the front and back of the corrugated board.

In such a packaging box, as shown in FIG. 21 (21A), in a state in which the entire top surface is opened by opening it, the upper portion of the corner where the side plates 1 and 2 are adjacent to each other is pushed inward. Is mountain-folded, and when the ruled line sandwiched between them is made to be valley-folded, a support concave portion 18 a recessed inward is formed at the top of the corner where the side plates 1 and 2 are adjacent to each other.

Thereby, as shown in FIG. 21 (21B), when displaying a product at a store, when stacking up a plurality of packaging boxes, the packaging box on the upper side is supported by the support recess 18a of the packaging box on the lower side, Stacked and displayed in a stable condition.

In this embodiment, the support recess 18a is provided on the top of all four corners adjacent to the pair of side plates 1 and 2, but the support recess 18a has corners at least in one pair of diagonal positions. If provided in a section, the packaging box on the upper side can be supported at the time of stacking display.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 22 to FIG.

Unlike the first embodiment and the first to third embodiments described above, the packaging box has the split breaking line 11 inserted in the pair of flaps 5 in the lengthwise direction and faces one side of the splitting breaking line 11. The handhold portion 14 is provided. Then, in the sealing state, the pair of flaps 5 in the longitudinal direction overlap on the outer side, the pair of flaps 4 in the width direction overlap on the inner side, and the split fracture line 11 is positioned between the tip edges of the pair of inner flaps 4 It has become.

When unsealing this packaging box, as shown in FIG. 25 (25A), the hand held portion 14 is put on the hand, and as shown in FIG. 25 (25B), a state in which the tip edges of the pair of flaps 5 abut each other As it is, pull up from the one side part which faces the dividing fracture line 11, and make the cut fracture line 12 of the base of the dividing fracture line 11 and the flap 5 break. Similarly, the other side of the pair of flaps 5 facing the split fracture line 11 is pulled up, and the cut fracture line 12 at the base of the flap 5 is fractured.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 26, when the tearing break line 12 at the base of the pair of flaps 4 is broken, the flap 4 is cut from the side plate 1 together with the pair of flaps 5 divided by the dividing break line 11 It will be in the tray state which the surface opened in the whole.

Even in such a packaging box, as in the above embodiments, the split fracture line 11 and the cut fracture line 12 are fractured simply by putting a hand on the outer flap 5 and pulling it, and the flaps split by the fracture line 11 Since 5 and the flap 4 which overlaps with this open integrally in an adhesion state, it can be opened easily and the whole top surface can be opened and goods can be displayed.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 27 to FIG.

As in the second embodiment, in the sealed state, the packaging box has a pair of flaps 5 in the longitudinal direction overlapping on the outside and a pair of flaps 4 in the width direction overlapping on the inside. The hook portion 14 of the split break line 11 inserted in the flap 5 is disposed to face the tip end edge of the flap 4 overlapping inward, and the split break line 11 extends from the start side to the end side of the break. , Extending obliquely in the tension direction of the flap 5 at the time of opening.

In such a packaging box, since it can be opened by pressing the handle portion 14 and grasping and pulling up the tip portion of the flap 4 together with the pair of flaps 5, the adhesion of the flaps 4 and 5 is not peeled off, and the flap Since both side edges 4 act as cutting edges for breaking the tearing line 12, the reliability of the opening is improved.

Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 32 to FIG.

In this packaging box, as in the second embodiment and the fourth embodiment , in the sealing state, the pair of flaps 5 in the longitudinal direction overlaps the outside, and the pair of flaps 4 in the width direction overlaps the inside. Since the split breaking line 11 is located on one of the inner flaps 4, a hand-engagement recess 4a is formed in a portion where the hook portion 14 overlaps with the flap 4, as shown in FIG. 35 (35A) In addition, the handle portion 14 can be pushed without interfering with the flap 4 at the time of opening.

In addition, the split break line 11 is curved in an arc shape in the tension direction of the flap 5 at the time of opening from the handle portion 14 which is the start end side of the break to the cut break line 12 which is the end side. At the time of breaking, the tensile force of the flap 5 is effective in the breaking direction.

Furthermore, in the pair of flaps 5, a flexible line 19 is inserted along the tip end edge of the flap 4 in the vicinity of the portion where the tip end edge of the other flap 4 overlapping on the back surface side is sealed. There is. The flexible line 19 is assumed to be interrupted.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 35 (35B), when opening the pair of flaps 5 from the handle portion 14 as shown in FIG. 35 (35B), the pair of flaps 5 become flexible when pulled in the direction of the other flaps 4 Since the wire 19 once bends around the axis, the tearing-off line 12 can be easily broken in stages.

In each of the first to fifth embodiments, the rectangular box packaging box in which the ridges of the side plates 1 and 2 form a right angle is exemplified, but a beveled chamfered portion is interposed between the side plates 1 and 2 The same configuration can be applied to the packaging box.

Also, although the cardboard packaging box has been exemplified, the same configuration can be applied to a paperboard packaging box except for the structure depending on the characteristics of the cardboard, such as the pressing direction of the ruled lines.

Moreover, after storing goods, although illustrated about the normal packaging box which overlap | superposes and seals each pair of flaps 4 and 5 on a top surface, it illustrated, but in the state of overturning each pair of side plates 1 and 2 so that goods may be wrapped. The same opening structure can be adopted also in a wrap-round type packaging box which is formed into a square tubular shape, and the pair of flaps 4 and 5 are overlapped and sealed at both end faces.
