Abstract
Description
M2+ 1―XM3+ X(OH)2(An−)X/n・mH2O・・・(1)
(樹脂組成物の製造、成形体の製造)
原料として、所定量の塩化ビニリデン樹脂と、所定量の軟質アクリル系樹脂(クラレ社製、商品名:パラペット、SA−CW001、登録商標)または塩素化ポリエチレン(ダイソー社製、商品名:ダイソラックC135)とを合わせた100重量部に対して、所定量の熱安定剤(ハイドロタルサイト(Mg6Al2(OH)16CO3・4H2O))、酸化防止剤(アデカ社製、商品名:アデカスタブ、AO50)を、表1に示す割合で準備し、ロール温度140〜160℃にセットした8インチロールに投入した。そして、5分間混錬し、約0.5mm厚のシートを作成した。
製造したシートを用いて、JISK6251に準じてショッパー式引張り試験機で引張強度と伸びと引裂強度を測定した。さらにJISK7206に準じて、硬度の測定を行った。また、比重を、JISK7112に準じて、水中法(水中置換法)により測定した。さらに、得られたシートを用いて色相の観察、難燃性の評価(UL94燃焼試験)、耐寒性の評価(脆化温度)、耐候性(耐光性)の評価(フェードメーター)を行った。耐寒性の評価(脆化温度)は、JISK7216に準じて、試験片の50%が破壊する温度を測定した。また、上記の耐候性(耐光性)は、岩崎電気株式会社製、型式:XER−W75の促進耐候性試験装置(フェードメーター)で、JISK7350−2に準じて、キセノンランプを用いた促進耐候性試験により評価した。これらの結果を表1に示す。
Claims (5)
- 塩化ビニリデン樹脂40〜97重量部、及び軟質アクリル系樹脂60〜3重量部、合わせて100重量部に対して、ハイドロタルサイト系化合物及びゼオライトの少なくとも一方を含む熱安定剤0.5〜10重量部を、含有する塩化ビニリデン樹脂組成物。
- 前記軟質アクリル系樹脂は、(メタ)アクリル酸メチルに由来する構成単位を含む非晶性樹脂である、請求項1に記載の塩化ビニリデン樹脂組成物。
- 前記塩化ビニリデン樹脂は、一度も成形加工されていない未使用樹脂、成形加工された樹脂廃材、又は前記未使用樹脂と前記樹脂廃材との混合物のいずれかである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の塩化ビニリデン樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の塩化ビニリデン樹脂組成物、及び前記塩化ビニリデン樹脂組成物以外の樹脂を含む樹脂ブレンド物であって、前記塩化ビニリデン樹脂組成物を15重量%以上含有する、樹脂ブレンド物。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の塩化ビニリデン樹脂組成物、または請求項4に記載の樹脂ブレンド物を用いて形成される成形体。
