Claims (4)
- 溶接カスタムアセンブリを表すデジタルモデルを仮想現実溶接システムにインポートするステップと、
前記仮想現実溶接システムのプログラマブルプロセッサベースのサブシステムを用いて、前記デジタルモデルを分析して、前記デジタルモデルを複数の部位に区分化するステップであって、該複数の部位の各部位は、前記溶接カスタムアセンブリのシングル溶接継手の種類に対応する、ステップと、
前記仮想現実溶接システムのプログラマブルプロセッサベースのサブシステムを用いて、前記複数の部位の各部位を、前記仮想現実溶接システムでモデル化された複数の仮想溶接クーポンのうちの1つの仮想溶接クーポンに合致させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記溶接カスタムアセンブリを表す前記デジタルモデルの合致した部位に対応する仮想溶接クーポンを使用する仮想溶接訓練プログラムを、前記仮想現実溶接システムのプログラマブルプロセッサベースのサブシステムを用いて生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記仮想溶接クーポンのそれぞれは、前記仮想現実溶接システムの疑似溶接クーポンに対応する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記シングル溶接継手の種類は、突き合わせ継手、T継手、角継手、へり継手又はラップ継手のうちの1つを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
