Abstract
Description
図1は、実施形態に係る電線管の概略構成を示す構成図である。図2は、実施形態に係る電線管の概略構成を示す断面図である。図3は、実施形態におけるゴム製フィルムの縦添えフォーミングを説明するための図である。なお、図2は、図1におけるA−A断面図である。図3の(A)は、治具によりゴム製フィルムの周方向の両端部が接近した状態、図3の(B)は、ゴム製フィルムの周方向の両端部がそれぞれカットされた状態、図3の(C)は、ゴム製フィルムの周方向の両端部が突き合わされた状態を示す断面図である。図3の(B)および図3の(C)は、いずれも図3の(A)におけるA部の拡大図である。
上記実施形態では、ゴム製筒状部材5は、軸方向に延在する密着接合部5cにおいて、周方向の両端部が対向して密着しているが、これに限定されず、周方向の両端部が重なり合った状態で密着するものであってもよい。この場合、密着接合部5cの厚さが径方向に増えることから、ゴム製フィルムの厚さがより薄いものが好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 遮水性を有する筒状のゴム製フィルムであり、かつ軸方向に延在する密着接合部を有するゴム製筒状部材と、
合成樹脂製であり、かつ筒状の第1の合成樹脂製筒状部材と、
合成樹脂製であり、かつ筒状の第2の合成樹脂製筒状部材と、
を備え、
前記ゴム製筒状部材は、
内周面が前記第1の合成樹脂製筒状部材の外周面に固定され、かつ外周面が前記第2の合成樹脂製筒状部材の内周面に固定される、
ことを特徴とする電線管。 - 前記密着接合部は、筒状の前記ゴム製フィルムの周方向の両端部が対向して密着する、
請求項1に記載の電線管。 - 前記ゴム製筒状部材は、内周側に接着層を有し、
前記第1の合成樹脂製筒状部材は、外周面が前記ゴム製筒状部材の内周面に前記接着層により固定される、
請求項1または2に記載の電線管。
