Claims (11)
- 樹脂と、エラストマー粒子と、を含み、
前記樹脂は、シロキサン結合を含み、
前記樹脂に含まれるSi原子の量は、25質量%より多く、
前記エラストマー粒子の直径は、2μm以下である、電気絶縁樹脂材料。 - 前記エラストマー粒子の表面は、酸素を含む官能基で化学修飾されている、請求項1記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- 前記官能基は、−COOCH3又は−CSiOである、請求項2記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- 前記樹脂は、シリコーン樹脂、又はシロキサン結合を有するエポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- 前記エラストマー粒子は、アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム、天然ゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、イソプレンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム、ウレタンゴム、シリコーンゴム、フッ素ゴム、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレンゴム、塩素化ポリエチレンゴム、アクリルゴム、多硫化ゴム若しくはエピクロルヒドリンゴム又はこれらのいずれかの誘導体である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- 前記エラストマー粒子の含有量は、前記樹脂100質量部に対して15質量部以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- さらに、高機能化剤を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- 前記高機能化剤は、シリカ又はアルミナを含む、請求項7記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- さらに、ポリイミド類、ポリアミドイミド類又はポリエーテルエーテルケトン類の粒子を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- 前記樹脂に含まれるSi原子の量は、40質量%以下である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
- 前記エラストマー粒子の直径は、1μm以下である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電気絶縁樹脂材料。
