Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device and a method for manufacturing the lighting device, and more particularly, to an LED lighting fixture, particularly a high intensity discharge lamp (HID) type LED lamp used for high ceiling applications.
The conventionally used umbrella-shaped HID alternative LED lamp shown in
Also, there is a problem that the rod-like or cylindrical part to which the base is attached cannot obtain sufficient strength against the moment force when attaching the lamp to the socket of the fixture body (the circle where the light source is placed when the lamp is attached) In addition to increasing the moment force applied to the shaft by rotating around the plate-shaped part), when the lamp is attached to the fixture, the base may become loose when vibration is applied, or the air in the base There was a problem of obstructing the flow.
In addition, the umbrella-shaped HID alternative LED lamp that has been used in the past requires a large mold because a die-cast molded product using a metal material such as aluminum is used for the heat dissipation part. It is difficult to obtain a sufficient surface area, and in the case of die casting, there has been a problem that the heat radiation pieces (fins) cannot be thinly formed, the weight of the whole lamp becomes heavy and the vibration resistance is lacking.
Furthermore, a wiring connected to the light source unit is inserted into the cylindrical part, and has a fail-safe function against smoke or ignition generated due to an electrical failure. However, in the lighting device having such a structure, the cylindrical body supports the entire lighting device, and therefore, when stress concentrates on the joint with the heat receiving body and breaks down, the wiring is exposed. There are risks. In addition, since the cylindrical body has a function as a heat radiator, the temperature is likely to rise, and it is necessary to sufficiently consider the heat resistance temperature of the wiring. Further, the wiring outlet on the light source unit side has a sharp edge because the cylindrical body is made of metal, and there is a possibility that the coating may be broken due to contact with the wiring and short-circuited. In that case, it may cause a ground fault or electric shock.
Patent Document 2 is an example of a fall prevention measure, but it is intended for lamps that are generally heavy (heavy), such as the umbrella-shaped HID alternative LED lamps that have been conventionally used, and are redundant. It has a configuration.
There is a possibility that the screw fixing the suspended portion fixed to the attached portion and the heat radiating portion loosens and the heat radiating portion falls.
Lighting devices used for high ceiling applications require measures to prevent parts from falling.
The present invention provides an illuminating device in which a heat radiating portion suppresses dropping.

<< Explanation of action and effect >>
The effect of this Embodiment is demonstrated.
Since
The
The

<寸法>
W1=W2の場合は、上下方向では隙間S1が生じるが、半径方向に対して隙間Sが生じないため、埃の落下による浸入を抑制することができる。
