Abstract
Description
上記実施形態では、アレスタ20がガラス管などの容器内に不活性ガスが封入されたガスアレスタであるとして説明したが、マイクロギャップアレスタを用いることも可能であるし、あるいはチップ型のアレスタを用いることも可能である。

Claims (4)
- 無接点給電に用いられるエネルギーを蓄えるコイル、及び前記コイルを流れる電流を制御する電界効果トランジスタを有するE級増幅器と、
前記電界効果トランジスタが有するドレーン端子とソース端子との間に設けられ、前記電界効果トランジスタのドレーン−ソース間の絶対最大定格未満の電圧値の電圧が印加された場合に動作するアレスタと、
を備える無接点給電装置。 - 前記アレスタは、容器内に不活性ガスが封入されたガスアレスタである請求項1に記載の無接点給電装置。
- 前記電界効果トランジスタは、窒化ガリウムを用いて形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の無接点給電装置。
- 前記アレスタの動作時に前記アレスタからの光を検出する光検出部と、
前記光検出部により前記アレスタの動作が検出された場合に、前記アレスタの動作を報知する報知部と、を更に備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の無接点給電装置。
