Abstract
【解決手段】RFタグ10は、リーダーライター12から送信された電波を受信し、かつ水分を検出する際に使用される水分検出用アンテナ24と、リーダーライター12から送信された電波を受信し、かつリーダーライター12へ電波を送信する通信用アンテナ22と、水分検出用アンテナ24が受信した電波により生じた水分検出用アンテナ起電力と、通信用アンテナ22が受信した電波により生じた通信用アンテナ起電力との比較結果を、通信用アンテナ22を用いてリーダーライター12に送信させる制御を行う制御回路50と、を備える。

Description
まず、本実施形態における水分検出用のシステムであるRFIDシステムの構成について説明する。図1には、本実施形態のRFIDシステム1の一例の概略を表す構成図を示す。
第1実施形態のRFタグ10では、電圧比較回路46が通信用アンテナ起電力そのものと水分検出用アンテナ起電力そのものとを比較していた。これに対して、本実施形態のRFタグ10では、通信用アンテナ起電力を数値化(デジタル化)した値と、水分検出用アンテナ起電力を数値化(デジタル化)した値とを比較する場合について説明する。
一般的に、リーダーライターから受信した電波により、RFタグで発生する起電力は、RFタグとリーダーライターとの距離に応じて変化する。RFタグとリーダーライターとの距離が長くなるほど、電波が減衰し、強度が弱まるため、RFタグで発生する起電力が減少する。そこで、本実施形態のRFタグ10では、リーダーライター12とRFタグ10との距離(以下、「通信距離」という)を考慮して、水分の検出を行う場合について説明する。

Claims (7)
- 外部装置から送信された電波を受信し、かつ水分を検出する際に使用される水分の検出用アンテナと、
前記外部装置から送信された電波を受信し、かつ前記外部装置へ電波を送信する通信用アンテナと、
前記検出用アンテナが受信した電波により生じた第1起電力と、前記通信用アンテナが受信した電波により生じた第2起電力との比較結果を、前記通信用アンテナを用いて前記外部装置に送信させる制御を行う制御部と、
を備えた検出装置。 - 前記検出用アンテナの配線方向と前記通信用アンテナの配線方向とが交差している、
請求項1に記載の検出装置。 - 前記検出用アンテナは、前記制御部を挟んで対向する位置に配置された第1検出用アンテナ素子及び第2検出用アンテナ素子を含み、
