Description
図1は、本実施形態における分析装置10の模式図である。分析装置10は、磁場生成部20と、検出部30と、情報処理部40とを備える。磁場生成部20の近傍には、セル21が配置される。

続いて図1〜図3、図5(a)、図5(b)、及び図6を参照して本発明の実施形態2について説明する。但し、実施形態1と異なる事項を説明し、実施形態1と同じ事項についての説明は割愛する。実施形態2は、粒子pの還元のし易さ又は酸化のし易さを1粒子ごとに示すデータが実施形態1と異なる。具体的には、実施形態2は、処理装置41が生成するグラフ画像が実施形態1と異なる。したがって、実施形態2における分析装置10は、処理装置41が生成するデータが異なることを除いて、実施形態1における分析装置10と同様の構成である。

Claims (9)
- 電池の電極材料に用いられる粒子を還元又は酸化させる工程と、
磁場を生成して、還元後又は酸化後の前記粒子を磁気泳動させることにより、磁気泳動速度を求める工程と、
前記磁気泳動速度に基づいて、還元後又は酸化後の前記粒子の体積磁化率を求める工程と、
前記体積磁化率に基づいて、前記粒子の還元のし易さ又は酸化のし易さを示すデータを生成する工程と
を包含する分析方法。 - 前記粒子の還元のし易さ又は酸化のし易さを示すデータとして、還元前又は酸化前の前記粒子の体積磁化率と、還元後又は酸化後の前記粒子の体積磁化率との差を示すデータを生成する、請求項1に記載の分析方法。
- 前記粒子の還元のし易さ又は酸化のし易さを示すデータとして、前記粒子を構成する化合物における酸化数が変化した成分元素の比率を示すデータを生成する、請求項1又は2に記載の分析方法。
- 電子の体積磁化率を求める工程を更に包含する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分析方法。
- 前記粒子の還元のし易さ又は酸化のし易さを示すデータとして、還元反応によって前記粒子が取得した電子の数、又は酸化反応によって前記粒子から奪われた電子の数を示すデータを生成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分析方法。
- 前記粒子は、貴金属又は金属酸化物を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の分析方法。
- 前記粒子は、金、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、コランダム、イルメナイト、ペロブスカイト、スピネル、ベルトライド化合物、又はベルトライド化合物の固溶体を含む、請求項6に記載の分析方法。
- 磁場を生成して、還元又は酸化させた後の粒子を磁気泳動させる磁場生成部と、
還元後又は酸化後の前記粒子の磁気泳動速度を求め、前記磁気泳動速度に基づいて、還元後又は酸化後の前記粒子の体積磁化率を求める処理装置と
を備え、
前記粒子は、電池の電極材料に用いられる粒子であり、
前記処理装置は、前記体積磁化率に基づいて、前記粒子の還元のし易さ又は酸化のし易さを示すデータを生成する、分析装置。 - 前記処理装置は、前記粒子の還元のし易さ又は酸化のし易さを示すデータとして、前記体積磁化率がプロットされたグラフ画像を生成し、
前記グラフ画像は、
前記体積磁化率を示す第1の縦軸又は横軸と、前記第1の縦軸又は横軸に並べて配置される第2の縦軸又は横軸とを含み、
前記第2の縦軸又は横軸は、前記粒子を構成する化合物における酸化数が変化した成分元素の比率を、前記第1の縦軸又は横軸が示す前記体積磁化率に対応させる、請求項8に記載の分析装置。
