Abstract
【解決手段】排ガス装置において、排ガス流チャネル12を備え、排ガス流チャネルの排ガス後処理チャネル領域16には、少なくとも1つの排ガス後処理ユニット23,26,28,30が設けられており、排ガス流チャネルの排ガス後処理チャネル領域は、少なくとも部分的に、排ガス後処理チャネル領域から流出する排ガスが通流可能な断熱容積20内で延在している。

Claims (12)
- 内燃機関、特にディーゼル内燃機関に用いられる排ガス装置であって、
排ガス流チャネル(12)を備え、該排ガス流チャネル(12)の排ガス後処理チャネル領域(16)には、少なくとも1つの排ガス後処理ユニット(23,26,28,30)が設けられており、前記排ガス流チャネル(12)の前記排ガス後処理チャネル領域(16)は、少なくとも部分的に、該排ガス後処理チャネル領域(16)から流出する排ガスが通流可能な断熱容積(20)内で延在している、排ガス装置。 - 前記排ガス流チャネル(12)の前記排ガス後処理チャネル領域(16)のほぼ全域が、前記断熱容積(20)内で延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記排ガス後処理チャネル領域(16)は、前記断熱容積(20)の排ガス進入領域(32)と、前記排ガス流チャネル(12)の排ガス流出チャネル領域(36)とへ向けて開いていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記排ガス流出チャネル領域(36)に対応して、該排ガス流出チャネル領域(36)を開閉するために位置調整可能な閉鎖ユニット(38)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記閉鎖ユニット(38)は、前記排ガス流出チャネル領域(36)において該排ガス流出チャネル領域(36)を通流不能に実質的に閉鎖する閉鎖位置と、前記排ガス流出チャネル領域(36)を通流可能に開放する開放位置との間で位置調整可能に配置された閉鎖フラップ(40)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記断熱容積(20)および前記排ガス流出チャネル領域(36)は、前記排ガス流チャネル(12)の排ガス排出チャネル領域(34)へ向けて開いていることを特徴とする、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記排ガス後処理チャネル領域(16)に、酸化触媒装置(23)および/または粒子フィルタ装置(26)および/またはSCR触媒装置(28)および/またはアンモニア遮断触媒装置(30)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記SCR触媒装置(28)は、前記酸化媒装置(23)の下流側に配置されており、前記酸化触媒装置(23)の下流側で前記SCR触媒装置(28)上流側に、反応剤投入装置(29)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも1つの排ガス後処理ユニット(23,28)に対応して、温度センサ(46,48)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記閉鎖ユニット(38)に対応して、駆動制御ユニット(44)の制御下にあるアクチュエータ(42)が設けられており、前記駆動制御ユニット(44)は、前記アクチュエータ(42)を、前記排ガス後処理ユニット(23,28)に対応して配置された少なくとも1つの温度センサ(46,48)の出力信号に基づいて制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記排ガス流チャネル(12)の前記排ガス後処理チャネル領域(16)は、第1のチャネル区分(22)と、第2のチャネル区分(24)と、前記第1のチャネル区分(22)を前記第2のチャネル区分(24)と接続する第3のチャネル区分(27)とを有し、前記第1のチャネル区分(22)および前記第2のチャネル区分(24)には、それぞれ少なくとも1つの前記排ガス後処理ユニット(23,26,28,30)が設けられており、前記第1のチャネル区分(22)における排ガス主流れ方向は、前記第2のチャネル区分(24)における排ガス主流れ方向に対してほぼ同一に向けられており、前記第3のチャネル区分(27)における排ガス主流れ方向は、前記第1のチャネル区分(22)および前記第2のチャネル区分(24)における排ガス主流れ方向に対してほぼ逆向きであることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記第1のチャネル区分(22)と、前記第2のチャネル区分(24)とは、互いに、前記第1のチャネル区分(22)および前記第2のチャネル区分(24)における排ガス主流れ方向で、好適にはほぼ完全に重なり合うことを特徴とする、請求項11記載の排ガス装置。
