Claims (17)
- 基板の端に設けられたストリップに機械および電気的に接触されるターミナルにおいて、
基板の挿入方向に延びたボディ;
前記ボディの内部に位置して基板のストリップと接触されるコンタクト;及び、
前記ボディの後段に形成されてケーブルが固定されるバレルを含み、
前記コンタクトは、前記ボディの先端から後方にベンディングされて基板との接触時に弾性変形されることを特徴とするターミナル。 - 前記コンタクトは、前記ボディの先端から後方にベンディングされて基板との接触時に弾性変形される第1屈折部と、前記第1屈折部から後方に延びた第1傾斜部と、前記第1傾斜部の後段から前方にベンディングされて基板と接触される第2屈折部と、前記第2屈折部から前方に延びた第2傾斜部と、前記第2傾斜部の先端でベンディングされて、前記ボディとの接触時に前記第1屈折部の変形を制限する支持部からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターミナル。
- 前記第2屈折部の幅方向中段に基板との点接触のための突出部が形成されて、前記突出部が前記第2屈折部に沿って延びたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のターミナル。
- 前記突出部は、前記第1傾斜部の中段から前記第2傾斜部の中段まで延びたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のターミナル。
- 前記コンタクトの内側面のうち、前記突出部と対応する位置にディンプル状の溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のターミナル。
- 前記突出部の高さは0.10〜0.25mmであり、前記突出部の幅は0.20〜0.35mmであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のターミナル。
- 前記第1傾斜部は、前記ボディに対して15〜35度に配置されて、前記第2傾斜部は、前記第1傾斜部に対して5〜30度に配置され、前記支持部は、前記第2傾斜部に対して60〜110度にベンディングされることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のターミナル。
- 前記ボディは、底パネルと、前記底パネルの両側に形成された一対の側面パネルからなり、
前記コンタクトは、前記底パネルから延びおよびベンディングされたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターミナル。 - 前記ボディの底面には、前記第2傾斜部と接触されて前記第1屈折部の変形を制限する支持片が設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のターミナル。
- 前記支持片は、前記底パネルに対して133〜73度に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のターミナル。
- 基板の端が挿入されるハウジング;及び、
前記ハウジングの内部に取り付けられて、基板の端に設けられたストリップに機械および電気的に接触される、請求項1によるターミナルを含む基板接続用コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングは、ストリップが設けられた基板の端が挿入される基板挿入部と、前記ターミナルが取り付けられるターミナル挿入部を含み、
前記基板挿入部と前記ターミナル挿入部は、部分的に連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の基板接続用コネクタ。 - 前記基板挿入部の内壁には基板を固定する係止突起が形成されて、基板には前記係止突起が挿入される係止孔が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の基板接続用コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングの両側には基板の一部が挿入される挿入溝が形成されて、前記挿入溝は、基板の結合方向を案内することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の基板接続用コネクタ。
- コネクタ挿入のための溝が一側に形成されて、信号および電流を伝達するためのストリップが前記溝の内側端に設けられて、前記溝に挿入されたコネクタを固定する係止孔が形成された基板;
前記ストリップが設けられた前記基板の一側が挿入される基板挿入部および前記基板挿入部に挿入された前記ストリップと機械および電気的に接触されるターミナルが取り付けられるターミナル挿入部が内部に形成されて、前記基板挿入部の内部に前記係止孔と対応する係止突起が突き出されて、前記溝に挿入できる六面体状に形成されたハウジング;及び、
前記基板の挿入方向に延びたボディと、前記ボディの内部に位置して、前記ボディの先端から後方にベンディングされて前記ストリップと接触時に弾性変形されるコンタクトと、前記ボディの後段に形成されてケーブルが固定されるバレルからなるターミナルを含む基板接続用コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングの両側には、前記基板の結合方向に延びた挿入溝が形成されて、前記挿入溝の上部および下部には、前記基板の結合方向を案内するガイドが突き出されたことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の基板接続用コネクタ。
- 前記挿入溝の底は、前記基板の結合方向に行くほど隆起して、前記基板の結合時に前記溝の両側内壁と密着されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の基板接続用コネクタ。
