Abstract
【解決手段】無線充電送信モジュール100は、複数のコイルユニット111・・・と、複数のコイルユニットの一側を覆う磁場遮蔽シート130および磁場遮蔽シートの一側に付着し磁場遮蔽シートを覆うように配置される放熱プレート140を含む放熱プレートを通じてより効率的に熱を放熱することができる。

Claims (14)
- 複数のコイルユニット;
前記複数のコイルユニットの一側に配置される磁場遮蔽シート;および
前記磁場遮蔽シートの一側に付着する放熱プレートを含む、無線充電送信モジュール。 - 前記複数のコイルユニットを収容する放熱ブラケットを含み、
前記放熱ブラケットはグラファイトを含む、請求項1に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。 - 前記磁場遮蔽シートは、Ni−Znフェライトシートで形成され、
前記放熱プレートは金属材質で形成される、請求項1に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。 - 前記放熱プレートは、アルミニウム材質で形成される、請求項3に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。
- 前記磁場遮蔽シートの厚さ(A)と前記放熱プレートの厚さ(B)は、「0<A/B<1」の関係式を満足する、請求項4に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。
- 前記磁場遮蔽シートは、0.5mm以下に形成される、請求項5に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。
- 前記磁場遮蔽シートは、前記放熱ブラケットの一側面を覆っている前記磁場遮蔽シートの露出面を覆うように配置される、請求項2に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。
- 前記放熱プレートは、前記放熱ブラケットの一側面を覆っている前記磁場遮蔽シートの露出面および外側の終端を覆うように配置される、請求項2に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。
- 前記複数のコイルユニットは、前記放熱ブラケットの一側に配置される第1コイルユニットと、前記放熱ブラケットの他側に並んで配置される一対の第2コイルユニットを含み、
前記第1コイルユニットは、前記一対の第2コイルユニットと重なる、請求項2に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。 - 前記放熱ブラケットは、第1面に設けられて前記第1コイルユニットを収容する第1載置溝と、前記第1面と反対側の第2面に並んで設けられて前記一対の第2コイルユニットを収容する一対の第2載置溝を含み、
前記第1載置溝と前記一対の第2載置溝はその一部の面積が重なって重複領域を形成し、
前記磁場遮蔽シートは、前記放熱ブラケットの前記第2面を覆うように配置される、請求項9に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。 - 前記重複領域のうち少なくとも一部の領域は、前記放熱ブラケットを貫通するように形成されて前記一部の領域を通じて前記第1載置溝と前記一対の第2載置溝が連通する、請求項10に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。
- 前記第1載置溝は前記第1コイルユニットの厚さと同じ深さを有し、
前記一対の第2載置溝は前記一対の第2コイルユニットの厚さと同じ深さを有する、請求項10に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。 - 前記第1載置溝から突出して前記第1コイルユニットの内側を支持する第1支持部と、
前記一対の第2載置溝から突出して前記一対の第2コイルユニットの内側を支持する一対の第2支持部をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。 - 前記第1支持部は前記第1載置溝の深さと同じ高さを有し、
前記一対の第2支持部は前記一対の第2載置溝の深さと同じ高さを有する、請求項13に記載の無線充電送信モジュール。
