- ターゲット生体細胞と導入物質とソノポレーション用のバブルとの混合液を外部から隔離した状態で生成する混合液生成部と、
外部から隔離された内部空間であるソノポレーション室を有する容器と、
前記ソノポレーション室に流入した前記混合液に対してソノポレーション用の超音波を照射する超音波照射部と、
を備えることを特徴とするソノポレーションシステム。 - 前記混合液を外部から隔離した状態で前記ソノポレーション室に流入させるための密閉流入流路、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のソノポレーションシステム。 - 前記超音波が照射された混合液を外部から隔離した状態で前記ソノポレーション室から流出させる密閉流出流路、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のソノポレーションシステム。 - 前記密閉流入流路から前記ソノポレーション室を経由して前記密閉流出流路まで前記混合液を流通させる流通制御部、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のソノポレーションシステム。 - 前記超音波照射部の超音波照射面と前記容器との間に超音波伝播媒質が充填される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のソノポレーションシステム。 - 前記容器はチューブ状である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のソノポレーションシステム。 - 前記超音波照射部の超音波照射面に対するチューブ状の前記容器の姿勢を規定する姿勢規定部、
