Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 筐体と流れ拡張路とを備えるルアー接続装置であって、
前記筐体は、中央軸を有する内腔を画定する内面を有する側壁と、近位端部と、遠位端部と備え、前記遠位端部は、そこを通って前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間に流体連通を提供する流体路を有する前記内腔の内部に雄型ルアー先端部を備え、かつ
前記流れ拡張路は、前記内腔の内部に配置され、前記内腔は、チューブ状の筐体の前記壁から外側に先細状に伸び、かつ前記遠位端部から前記基部開口部に向かって長手方向の軸に沿って部分的に伸び、前記雄型ルアー先端部より遠位の前記流体路の内部にある円周状のデットスペースを介する流れおよび混合を増加させる、
ルアー接続装置。 - 請求項1のルアー接続装置を組込んだ血管アクセス装置。
- 前記血管アクセス装置が、シリンジ、拡張セット、静注セット、止コック、チューブ、高圧延長チューブ、または無針アクセス装置である、請求項2に記載の血管アクセス装置。
- 前記近位端部が血管アクセス装置と取り外し可能に接続される、請求項1に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記血管アクセス装置が、シリンジ、拡張セット、静注セット、止コック、チューブ、高圧延長チューブ、または無針コネクタである、請求項4に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記シリンジが、予め満たされた洗浄シリンジである、請求項3に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記流れ拡張路が、前記内腔の前記中央軸から外側に直線で先細状に伸びるよう構成される、請求項1に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記流れ拡張路が、前記内腔の前記中央軸から外側に回転した先細状に伸びるよう構成される、請求項1に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記流れ拡張路が、前記内腔の前記中央軸から外側にスカロップ形になるよう構成される、請求項1に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記流れ拡張路が、前記遠位端部に設置され、近位方向に前記近位端部へ軸方向に突き出る、請求項1に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記雄型ルアー先端部の前記遠位端部または遠位端部近辺の内腔内に配置され、遠位方向に力が加えられると接合する雌型ルアースペースの周辺に流体流動を向ける分流器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記分流器が前記筐体の前記遠位端部を越えて伸びる、請求項11に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記分流器が前記流れ拡張路に接合された、請求項11に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記流れ拡張路が前記分流器から上流側に位置付けられた、請求項11に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記分流器が流体流動を前記流れ拡張路内へ向ける、請求項11に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記流れ拡張路が流体流動を前記分流器内へ向ける、請求項11に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記流れ拡張路および前記分流器が、両方とも前記内腔の前記中央軸へ直線状の先細形で伸びるよう構成された、請求項11に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記流れ拡張路が前記内腔の前記中央軸へ回転状の先細形で伸びるよう構成され、前記分流器が前記内腔の前記中央軸へ直線状の先細形で伸びるよう構成された、請求項11に記載のルアー接続装置。
- 前記分流器が前記内腔の前記中央軸へ回転状の先細形で伸びるよう構成され、前記流れ拡張路が前記内腔の前記中央軸へ直線状の先細形で伸びるよう構成された、請求項11に記載のルアー接続装置。
