Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電デバイス1の縦断面図である。図1に示すように、蓄電デバイス1は、ケース2を備えている。ケース2は扁平な略直方体形状であり、ケース本体3と、蓋4とを有している。ケース本体3は、上部に開口9が形成されている有底の矩形箱形状を有している。
図9は、実施の形態2に係る蓄電デバイス1の、負極集電端子36の斜視図である。実施の形態2の集電端子30の集電接続部は、タブ部20に向く第一面と、第一面と反対側の第二面とを有している。第二面には、タブ部20の厚み方向に沿って線状に延びる凹部が形成されている。実施の形態2の負極集電端子36と正極集電端子31とは鏡面対称の形状を有しているため、以下の説明においては負極集電端子36に着目し、正極集電端子31についての説明は繰り返さない。
図13は、実施の形態3に係る蓄電デバイス1の、負極集電端子36の斜視図である。実施の形態3の集電端子30の集電接続部は、櫛歯状構造230を有している。実施の形態3の負極集電端子36と正極集電端子31とは鏡面対称の形状を有しているため、以下の説明においては負極集電端子36に着目し、正極集電端子31についての説明は繰り返さない。
Claims (10)
- 上部に開口が形成されているケース本体と、
前記ケース本体に収容されている電極体と、
前記電極体の一部から前記開口へ向けて突出し、前記電極体とは対向しない側面を有する、タブ部と、
前記タブ部の側面に溶接された集電端子と、を備える、蓄電デバイス。 - 前記ケース本体は、側壁を有し、
前記電極体は、前記側壁に向く側方端部を有し、
前記タブ部は、前記側方端部よりも前記側壁から離れて配置されている、請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 複数の前記タブ部が間隔をあけて厚み方向に並べられている、請求項1または2に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 隣り合う二つの前記タブ部は、前記集電端子を介してのみ、電気的に接続されている、請求項3に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記電極体は、正極と、負極とを有し、
前記電極体は、前記正極と前記負極とが積層された積層構造を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記積層構造は、複数の前記正極と複数の前記負極とを交互に積層して構成されている、請求項5に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記タブ部は、前記正極の一部から突出する正極タブと、前記負極の一部から突出する負極タブとを有し、
複数の前記正極タブが、前記正極と前記負極との積層方向に並べられ、
複数の前記負極タブが、前記正極と前記負極との積層方向に並べられ、
前記集電端子は、複数の前記正極タブの側面に溶接された正極集電端子と、複数の前記負極タブの側面に溶接された負極集電端子とを有する、請求項6に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記ケース本体は、互いに向き合う第1の側壁と第2の側壁とを有し、
前記正極集電端子が溶接された前記正極タブの側面は、前記第1の側壁に向き、
前記負極集電端子が溶接された前記負極タブの側面は、前記第2の側壁に向く、請求項7に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 素材を準備する工程と、
前記素材を加工して、電極体と、前記電極体の一部から突出し前記電極体とは対向しない側面を有するタブ部と、を形成する工程と、
前記タブ部の側面に集電端子を溶接する工程と、を備える、蓄電デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記溶接する工程では、前記電極体から前記タブ部が水平方向に突出するように前記電極体を保持する、請求項9に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
