Abstract
【解決手段】プレートフィン2aの入口側ヘッダ流路10と出口側ヘッダ流路14とを結ぶ流路領域Pに複数の突起12を設け、当該突起12は隣接するプレートフィンの表面に当接するとともに、プレートフィン積層間を流れる第2第2流体の流れ方向が開口する形の切り起こし形状とした構成としてある。これにより、突起によってプレートフィン積層間の間隔を一定化できるとともに、突起の切り起こし端縁部分で前縁効果を生じさて熱交換効率を向上させることができる。しかも、上記突起は流路間の窪み平面から肉盗みする必要がなくなって窪み平面を狭いものとすることができ、その分熱交換器を小型化することができる。

Description
前記プレートフィン積層体のプレートフィンは、前記第1流体が並行に流れる複数の熱交換用流路を有する流路領域と、前記流路領域の各熱交換用流路に連通する入口側ヘッダ流路及び出口側ヘッダ流路を有したヘッダ領域と、を備えるとともに、前記熱交換用流路は前記プレートフィンに凹状溝を設けて形成し、
かつ、前記プレートフィンの入口側ヘッダ流路と出口側ヘッダ流路とを結ぶ流路領域の熱交換用流路同士間の窪み平面に突起を設け、当該突起は隣接するプレートフィンの表面に当接するとともに、プレートフィン間を流れる第2流体の流れ方向が開口する形の切り起こし形状とした構成としてある。

切り起して形成されており(以下、突起22(22a、22b)も切り起こし突起と称す)、その切り起し突起22(22a、22b)の切り起こし端縁Yが第2流体の流れに対向している。また、上記切り起こし突起22(22a、22b)は位置決め用ボス孔13の下流側に設け、位置決め用ボス孔13の下流側直近の切り起こし突起22aは位置決め用ボス孔13の下流側の流れを縮流する形状、例えば第2流体の流れに向ってハの字状に開口する形に切り起こし形成されている。そして、上記突起22aよりも更に下流側の各突起22bはそれぞれその中心線が一つ下流側の突起22bの中心線とずれるように千鳥配置されている。
2切り起こし突起12bを設けているので、冷媒流路11群部分におけるフィンプレート積層間隙を確実に維持することができる。これによって冷媒流路11群部分での空気の流れをバラツキのない安定したものとして熱交換効率を向上させることができる。
効に熱交換機能を発揮し、熱交換寄与度が高いものとなる。
ようなダブルの冷媒圧力が加わってもこれに抗して膨張変形を確実に防止することができる。
本実施形態の熱交換器は、図20〜図23に示すように、冷媒流路群の形状とヘッダ開口の設置位置が前記実施の形態1の熱交換器と異なるもので、前記実施の形態1の熱交換器と同じ機能を有する部分には同一番号を附記し異なる部分を中心に説明する。
本実施形態の熱交換器は、熱交換器の冷媒の入口及び出口が逆になる蒸発器として用いる場合に好適なもので、図24〜図28に示すように、出口側となるヘッダ流路14に冷媒の分流制御管24を設けたものである。
ウ溶解によるプレートフィン接合不良やそれに伴う冷媒漏れ等の品質不良を防止でき、高品質且つ高効率の熱交換器とすることができる。
この実施の形態4は、先に示した各実施形態の熱交換器の一つを用いて構成した冷凍システムである。
この時室内空気は冷却されて室内を冷房する。さらに冷媒は室外機51に戻り、四方弁54を経由して圧縮機53に戻される。

Claims (6)
- 第1流体が流れる流路を有するプレートフィン積層体の各プレートフィン積層間に第2流体を流して、前記第1流体と前記第2流体との間で熱交換する熱交換器であって、
前記プレートフィン積層体のプレートフィンは、前記第1流体が並行に流れる複数の熱交換用流路を有する流路領域と、前記流路領域の各熱交換用流路に連通する入口側ヘッダ流路及び出口側ヘッダ流路を有したヘッダ領域と、を備えるとともに、前記熱交換用流路は前記プレートフィンに凹状溝を設けて形成し、
かつ、前記プレートフィンの入口側ヘッダ流路と出口側ヘッダ流路とを結ぶ流路領域の熱交換用流路同士間の窪み平面に突起を設け、当該突起は隣接するプレートフィンの表面に当接するとともに、プレートフィン間を流れる第2流体の流れ方向が開口する形の切り起こし形状とした熱交換器。 - 突起はその頂部を隣接するプレートフィンの窪み平面に当接させた請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 突起はプレートフィンの長辺の端縁から離れた位置に設けた請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- プレートフィンは熱交換用流路となる凹状溝を設けたプレートを向い合せに接合して構成するとともに、前記プレートフィンの熱交換用流路同士が積層方向で交互に位置ずれするように積層し、かつ、前記プレートフィンの熱交換用流路に沿う長辺部分の端縁は前記熱交換用流路の交互位置ずれ配置による幅狭平面と幅広平面の接合面とし、更に前記プレートフィンの積層方向に間歇的に位置する幅広平面側に突起を設け、当該突起の頂部を隣接するプレートフィンの幅狭平面に当接させて接合しプレートフィン同士を結合した請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- プレートフィンに形成した熱交換用流路は略U字状にターンする形状として前記熱交換用流路と連通する入口側ヘッダ流路及び出口側ヘッダ流路をプレートフィンの一端部側に纏めて配置し、かつ前記略U字状熱交換用流路の往路側流路部と復路側流路部との間に断熱用の切欠き溝を形成し、この切欠き溝の往路側流路部と復路側流路部の溝縁部分に突起を設け、当該突起の頂部を隣接するプレートフィンの表面に当接させて接合することによりプレートフィン同士を結合した請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 冷凍サイクルを構成する熱交換器を前記第1〜第5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器とした冷凍システム。
