Claims (10)
- タッチセンサが内蔵されたピクセルアレイがディスプレイ期間とタッチセンシング期間とに時分割駆動され、前記タッチセンサとピクセルとが共通電極を共有する表示パネルと、
前記ディスプレイ期間の間、表示パネルに映像データを書き込むディスプレイ駆動回路と、
前記タッチセンシング期間の間、前記共通電極に印加される共通電圧の電圧レベルを指示する共通電圧データを出力する共通電圧調節部と、
前記タッチセンシング期間の間、共通電圧データをデコードして前記共通電圧の電圧レベルを可変し、可変された前記共通電圧を前記共通電極に印加して前記タッチセンサを駆動するタッチセンシング回路と、
を備え、
前記共通電圧調節部は、
前記ピクセルアレイのライン単位で映像データの平均値を算出し、前記平均値の絶対値が予め設定されたしきい値以上であり、正極性データである場合に、前記共通電圧の電圧レベルを低めるための第1の共通電圧データを出力するタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記タッチセンシング回路は、
前記ディスプレイ期間の間、前記共通電極に共通電圧を印加し、
前記タッチセンシング期間の間、前記第1の共通電圧データを受信して、前記共通電圧の電圧レベルより低い電圧レベルを有する第1の共通電圧を前記共通電極に印加する請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記共通電圧調節部は、前記平均値が予め設定されたしきい値以上であり、負極性データである場合に、第2の共通電圧データを出力し、
前記タッチセンシング回路は、前記第2の共通電圧データを受信して、前記タッチセンシング期間の間に前記共通電圧の電圧レベルより高い電圧レベルを有する第2の共通電圧を前記共通電極に印加する請求項2に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記平均値が予め設定されたしきい値未満である場合に、前記タッチセンシング回路は、前記共通電極に印加される電圧レベルを前記ディスプレイ期間に印加される共通電圧の電圧レベルに維持する請求項2に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。
- 前記タッチセンシング期間の間に、前記タッチセンシング回路は、前記共通電圧と前記共通電圧より高い所定のハイ電圧との間でスイングする交流信号を前記共通電圧に印加する請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧調節部は、
前記ディスプレイ期間において最後のピクセルラインに書き込まれる前記映像データの平均値を算出する請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルは、第1及び第2のパネルブロックを備え、
前記ディスプレイ駆動回路は、第1のディスプレイ期間の間、前記第1のパネルブロックに映像データを書き込んだ後、第2のディスプレイ期間の間、前記第2のパネルブロックに映像データを書き込み、
前記共通電圧調節部は、前記第1のパネルブロックの最後のピクセルラインに書き込まれる前記映像データの平均値を算出する請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記ライン単位の映像データは、正極性映像データ及び負極性映像データを含み、
前記平均値は、0階調から255階調の範囲内の正極性データまたは0階調から255階調の範囲内の負極性データである請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記平均値の絶対値が大きいほど、前記第1の共通電圧の電圧レベルを大きく下げる請求項2に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。
- 前記平均値の絶対値が前記しきい値より大きいほど、前記第2の共通電圧の電圧レベルを大きく上げる請求項3に記載のタッチセンサ内蔵型表示装置。
