- 鉄粉の表面を銅で被覆した銅被覆鉄粉、及び、銅よりも融点が低い低融点金属粉を含む焼結体からなる焼結軸受であって、
前記鉄粉の粒度が145メッシュ以下である焼結軸受。 - 前記鉄粉がアトマイズ粉である請求項1に記載の焼結軸受。
- 鉄粉の表面を銅で被覆した銅被覆鉄粉、及び、銅よりも融点が低い低融点金属粉を含む原料粉を圧縮して圧粉体を成形する工程と、前記圧粉体を、前記低融点金属粉の融点よりも高く、銅の融点よりも低い温度で焼結して焼結体を得る工程とを有する焼結軸受の製造方法であって、
前記鉄粉の粒度が145メッシュ以下である焼結軸受の製造方法。 - 前記鉄粉がアトマイズ粉である請求項3に記載の焼結軸受の製造方法。
