Claims (1)
- 静脈の攣縮と接着剤の注入の組合せによって前記静脈を閉塞するための血管処置デバイスであって、
前記静脈に前記接着剤を注入するための細長い管腔内部材であって、規定の運動を行うときに、前記静脈の脈管内壁をユーザの制御の下で擾乱するように構成された擾乱部を有する、アクセス部位から前記静脈内に進められるように構成された管腔内部材を備え、
前記管腔内部材の前記擾乱部の前記規定の運動を行うことで前記脈管内壁を擾乱し、よって前記静脈の一領域に攣縮を誘起し、前記静脈の直径を縮小し、前記静脈を閉塞するため、前記静脈の前記直径縮小領域またはその近傍において接着剤を注入するために使用されるものであり、
前記擾乱部がワイヤの先端であり、前記規定の運動が、前記先端が前記脈管内壁に接触するような前記先端の回転を含み、
前記ワイヤの前記先端が、前記ワイヤが回転させられたときに、前記静脈内に血液の逆流を発生させるように構成されたブレードを有することを特徴とする血管処置デバイス。
