Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a resealable packaging bag, a laminated sheet forming the packaging bag, and a method for producing the laminated sheet.
Many of the products are distributed in the market while being stored in packaging bags. For example, in a packaging bag used for food such as confectionery products, after opening, after removing a part of the food, it can be resealed to ensure airtightness and prevent dust from entering inside. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
The resealable packaging container (packaging bag) disclosed in Patent Document 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
4A and 4B are schematic views showing the configuration of a resealable packaging container disclosed in Patent Document 1, wherein FIG. 4A is an overall perspective view of the packaging container, and FIG. 4B is an opened state in a sealed (resealed) state. It is sectional drawing of the periphery of a part, (a) A1-A1 sectional drawing, (c) is a sectional view of the opening part periphery in an opening (reopening sealing) state, (a) A2-A2 sectional drawing.
As shown to Fig.4 (a), the

The sheet includes a base material layer facing outward, a seal layer facing inward, and an adhesive layer provided between the base material layer and the seal layer, and the lid portion includes the base material layer. And a surface facing the adhesive layer of the base material layer, as defined by a first cut provided in the first cut and a second cut provided in the seal layer on an inner peripheral side of the first cut In the above, a release layer is provided between the first cut and the second cut and has a release layer having lower adhesion to the adhesive layer than the base layer.
(2) It is preferable that the seal layer has a gas barrier layer laminated on a surface facing the adhesive layer, and the second cut is provided only in the seal layer leaving the gas barrier layer.
(3) In order to achieve the above object, the laminated sheet of the present invention is a laminated sheet constituting at least the top surface of the packaging bag provided with a lid on the top surface, and a base material layer; A sealing layer, an adhesive layer provided between the base material layer and the sealing layer, a first cut provided on the base material layer to define the lid, and the first in the sealing layer. A second notch that is provided on the inner peripheral side of the first notch and that defines the lid together with the first notch; and the surface of the base material layer that faces the adhesive layer, the first notch and the It is provided between the second cut and a release layer having a lower adherence to the adhesive layer than the base material layer.
(4) In order to achieve the above object, the method for producing a laminated sheet of the present invention is a method for producing a laminated sheet constituting at least the top surface of a packaging bag provided with a lid on the top surface. The adhesive layer is formed on the sealing layer with a certain thickness, and the adhesive layer forming step has a higher adhesion to the adhesive layer than the base material layer at the peripheral portion of the base layer where the lid portion is formed. It is characterized by comprising a release layer forming step of providing a low release layer, and an integration step of bonding the base layer and the seal layer with the adhesive layer and the release layer facing each other.
According to this invention, the peeling layer with low adhesiveness with respect to an adhesion layer is provided between the 1st notch used as the adhesion allowance of the cover part with respect to the top | upper surface of a packaging bag, and a 2nd notch. As a result, the lid can be peeled off from the adhesive layer, and the packaging bag can be opened / reopened, and the packaging layer can be re-sealed by sticking the peeling layer to the adhesive layer by simply pushing the lid back to the top. be able to.
In addition, the degree of adhesion between the adhesive layer and the release layer is adjusted so that peeling (opening and re-sealing) and re-adhesion (resealing) from the top of the lid can be repeated. Since it is assumed that the layer and the release layer are superposed, it is not necessary to form the adhesive layer in a pattern so as to avoid the release layer, and the adhesive layer can be easily formed.
Therefore, a resealable packaging bag can be easily manufactured.

And the
The

With reference to FIG. 3, the manufacturing method of the packaging bag 1 is demonstrated centering on the manufacturing method of the
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing the main configuration of the manufacturing apparatus for the packaging bag 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention. In addition, in FIG. 3, each layer which comprises the
As shown in FIG. 3, the

[4. effect]
With reference to FIGS. 1-3, the effect of one Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a
Further, the cohesive action of the
Therefore, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the resealable packaging bag 1 can be easily manufactured.
In particular, when the
The
Further, the
