Description

The present invention is capable of resealing using an adhesive tape in which the adhesive layer is exposed in a width equal to the fusion width by peeling off the tape after the adhesive layer is not exposed on the surface and fused to a predetermined portion and then fused. Related to a sealed bag.

With conventional adhesive tapes, the adhesive is exposed on the surface, so for single-sided adhesive tapes, the backside of the substrate is given releasability, and for double-sided adhesive tapes, protection of the adhesive surface with release paper is essential. there were.

The usual sealed bag is often provided with one or two vertical fusion parts, and then with both ends fused together.
In addition, the conventional tape-attached bag is formed by making the film into an annular shape as a vertical fusion bonding portion, and contacting both edge portions, and heat-fusing a tape having a heat-fusible layer on both surfaces from the back surface, It was a bag with both ends orthogonally fused.
In the case of a tape-attached bag, the stress of the ruptured bag is not the force for directly peeling off the fused part as in the case of the gasket-attached bag, but the displacement stress between the tape and the film. It has the advantage that there is no fear.

In the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is present in the middle part of the tape, does not exhibit adhesiveness in a stored state, and can be fused to a necessary portion, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is exposed by pulling the tape after fusion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a resealable sealed bag using a special adhesive tape.

The present invention achieves the above object, and the configuration is such that a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is laminated on one surface of a stretched plastic film substrate layer, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is weakly pressed in any direction. Using a special adhesive tape on which a heat-fusible layer is laminated via a tearable material film layer, the opening provided on one side of the bag is taped, and when manufacturing a sealed bag, the opening is used. It is characterized by fusing on both sides of a part to be an opening without fusing the part to be an opening, and peeling off at the boundary between the plastic base material layer and the adhesive layer when the tape is peeled off It is characterized by the following.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a material film layer that can be broken in any direction by a weak force, and a heat-fusible layer sequentially laminated on one surface of a substrate layer. Therefore, the tape does not show adhesiveness and can be handled in the same manner as a normal tape.
Since one surface is a heat-fusible layer, it can be laminated on the surface of plastic, paper, metal or other materials. That is, the heat-fusible layer has a width equal to the width to which heat is applied, and firmly adheres to the object to be fused, and when peeled off, only the base layer is peeled off, exposing the adhesive.

According to the present invention, there is no tackiness at all in a normal state, heat-bonded locally to the material to be fused, and then peeling off the tape, the layer adjacent to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer only at that portion is peeled off It is possible to provide a resealable sealed bag using a special tape that is torn and exposes the adhesive layer.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is obtained by laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a base material layer, a layer made of a material that can be broken in any direction by a weak force, and a heat-fusible layer in this order.
The base layer is preferably a biaxially stretched film of polyester, nylon, polypropylene or the like. However, a uniaxially stretched film can be used if it is stretched in the length direction. If it is not stretched, it tends to extend unintentionally when pulled, which is not preferable. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is not particularly limited, but is preferably a two-pack pressure-sensitive adhesive in which a crosslinking agent is added at the time of use.
As a layer made of a material that can be broken in any direction by a weak force, aluminum foil, ordinary paper made of short fibers, cellophane, or the like can be used.

In order to manufacture the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, the above materials may be sequentially laminated, and the order is not limited. According to the experiments of the present inventors, in order to improve the peelability of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer from the base material layer and to ensure that the exposed pressure-sensitive adhesive has a sufficient adhesive strength, it was confirmed that the weak pressure was applied to any direction. It has been found that a method in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the material film layer which is torn and then laminated with a substrate is preferable.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is peeled off at the boundary between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the base material layer in a shape that matches the fused portion. In this case, after peeling off the tape, it is necessary that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is exposed on one side, and as a result, re-adhesion becomes possible. The absence or small amount of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the substrate surface is effective when stickiness of the surface due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive is disliked.

The material of the sealed bag in the present invention is a low-melting material having a low melting point on the inner surface of various plastic films such as polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene and nylon, and a laminate of these or a laminate of these and other materials. It is provided with a heat-fusible layer such as density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, extruded laminated polyethylene, and linear low density polyethylene. Also, a double-sided heat-sealable film can be used.
Alternatively, if the substrate is a heat-sealing film itself such as a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film, a heat-sealing layer is not particularly provided, and a single-layer film may be used.

The form of the bag is such that one tape fusion part according to the present invention is provided on one side of the bag, and even if the tape fusion part is in the center of one side of the bag, it is also biased toward the end. However, they exhibit unique effects. Also, a gusset-type bag having gusset folds at both ends can be used. In this case, a large amount of contents can be filled, and the tape fusion portion is provided substantially parallel to the gusset folds. Alternatively, a stand pack having a gusset at the bottom and having an uprightness can be used. In this case, the tape fusion portion referred to in the present invention is provided above the stand pack.

Prior to bag making, the sealed bag of the present invention has a cylindrical shape with the heat-fusible layer on the inner side in a state in which the opposite end edges of the raw material film are brought close to and in contact with each other or in a slightly folded state. Fold outward to form a folded surface. Both ends of the folded surface are a folded line that is a fold line and a folded surface edge line that is a cutting line of the film, and the width of the folded surface is preferably 8 mm to 20 mm.
Alternatively, when a double-sided heat-sealable film is used, the opposite end edges of the raw material film are brought close to each other, or are brought into contact with each other, or are formed into a cylindrical shape in a slightly folded state, and the adhesive tape is applied to this portion according to the invention Is fused by the method described above.

When fusing the tape to the bag material, the two film edge lines must not be fused. Two sides are heat-sealed on both sides avoiding this portion. In some cases, two or more fusion wires may be provided. Preferably, the positions of the pair of fusion lines are symmetric with respect to the two film edge lines.

The orthogonally fused portion may be provided at the end of the sealed bag, but it is preferable to fuse the inside of the orthogonally fused portion with the length pinched by a finger outside, that is, 4 to 15 mm.
With such fusion, it is easy to pinch the knob piece outside the orthogonally fused portion, the tape can be easily peeled off from the end portion, and the tape is moved from one orthogonally fused portion to the other orthogonally fused portion. Then, the tape fusion parts are sequentially opened.

Another use of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is as a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. For example, when it is desired to impart adhesiveness to a part of a plastic plate, a plastic sheet, a wall surface, etc., the heat-fusible layer is firmly fixed by heating and pressing the tape of the present invention at a constant width, and then the tape is peeled off. This exposes the adhesive surface.

When the tape is pulled from one end after being adhered, the part to be peeled off is the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer because the heat fusion is performed firmly, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the base material layer adjacent thereto peel off. . A fragile material such as aluminum foil or paper is almost exactly cut off at the boundary between the fused portion and the non-fused portion when the tape is peeled off. On the other hand, the heat-fusible layer is not a material that can be broken only by pulling, but because it is laminated with a material film layer that can be broken in any direction by a weak force such as aluminum foil, the characteristics that tend to be stretched disappear The adhesive layer is easily cut off together with the aluminum foil, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer remains at the fusion width in the fusion-bonded portion.

When this tape is applied to bag making, the heat-fusible layer is fused at both ends thereof, leaving an edge line at the opening of the sealed bag. Therefore, the portion of the bag to be opened is in a non-fused state, and since both sides are fused, the hermeticity is maintained.
In opening the tape, if the tape is pulled from one end, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is peeled off as described above, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer remains in a linear shape at the fused portion near the opening of the sealing bag.
Furthermore, even if the tape is discarded, the two linear pressure-sensitive adhesives remaining in the opening of the bag can be easily resealed by closely adhering each other.

In FIG. 1, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 5 of the present invention has at least four layers of a base material layer 8, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10, an aluminum foil 11 and a heat-fusible layer 12 as film layers that can be broken in any direction by a weak force. If necessary, the base material layer 8 is printed.
In this embodiment, a biaxially stretched polyester film is used as the base material layer 8, simple printing is performed, and the base material layer 8 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 are laminated via the printing surface. In the present embodiment, an aluminum foil 11 was used as a film layer that could be broken in any direction by a weak force, and an anchor coat treatment was performed between the adhesive layer 10 and the aluminum foil 11 to increase the bonding force between the layers. A heat-fusible layer 12 made of extruded laminated polyethylene is laminated on the aluminum foil 11.

The adhesive tape 5 was placed on the material to be fused 9 by bringing the fusible layer 12 into contact therewith, and the adhesive tape 5 was locally heated and pressed using a heat sealer 16 as shown in FIG. As a result, the heat-fusible layer 12 that was heated and pressed was fused to form a fused portion 6.
When this tape is peeled off as shown in FIG. 1B, peeling occurs between the base material layer 8 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10. At this time, the fusion part 6 is firmly fixed to the fusion-bonded material 9, and the part not pressed by the heat sealer 16 is originally peeled off. Joins. Since the aluminum foil 11 is brittle, it is easily broken along the boundary between the fused portion and the non-fused portion. Although the heat-fusible layer 12 does not have the property of being easily torn, it is easily torn due to the properties of the aluminum foil because it is laminated with the easily-torn aluminum foil 11, resulting in the state of FIG.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the tape is peeled off at the boundary between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 and the base material layer 8 by peeling off the tape.

Next, a sealed bag using the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention will be described.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a sealed bag, and reference numeral 2 denotes a folded surface formed by folding both end edge lines in the length direction of the film outward. One end of the turning surface 2 is a turning line 3 and the other end is an edge line 4. The fold line 3 is slightly open in FIG. 2, but it may be exactly in contact to form a single line or, in some cases, slightly fold. The width of the folded surface 2 was 14 mm, and the sum of both folded surfaces was 28 mm.
In FIG. 2, the width of the folded surface 4 is wider than the tape width, but the width of the folded surface 4 may be smaller than or equal to the tape width. However, the width of the folded surface must not be smaller than the width of the fused portion 6.

Adhesive tape 5 was fused to the center of both folded surfaces 2. The width of the adhesive tape 5 was 26 mm, and a single fused portion 6 having a width of 5 mm was linearly provided on each of the folded surfaces 2 while leaving 5 mm at each end and 6 mm at the center. At the time of fusion, the two fusion parts 6 were pressed with a heated pressing tool having the same shape. The width left without being fused to the outside of both fusion parts 6 is preferably 4 mm or more. If the thickness is less than 4 mm, it is difficult to grasp the adhesive tape 5 by hand when starting to peel the adhesive tape 5 from the side.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the folded line 3 was not fused, but both sides sandwiching the folded line 3 were fused, and the bag was sealed as a whole. Reference numeral 7 denotes an orthogonal fusion bonding portion. 13 is a base material layer of the bag material, and 14 is a heat-fusible layer of the bag material.

Although only the inner surface of the bag material of this embodiment is heat-fusible, the heat-fusible layer is exposed on the folded surface 2. This surface and the heat-fusible layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention were brought into contact with each other and fused. In this case, the bag was able to be sealed without fusing the opening 20 by pressing the portions sandwiching both sides of the folding line 3 while leaving the vicinity of the folding line 3 to be the opening 20.
Reference numeral 15 in FIG. 2 denotes a knob piece left without being fused to the outside of one of the orthogonal fusion parts 7, and the adhesive tape 5 is to be peeled by holding and pulling the knob piece 15. Since the portion 6 was firmly fused, the base material layer 8 of the tape was broken while peeling.

By peeling off the adhesive tape 5, as shown in FIG. 4, the tape which was in a metallic color with the aluminum foil has two linear transparent portions generated by peeling the aluminum foil, and the folded surface 2 has Two metal-colored lines with the adhesive attached together with the aluminum foil were produced.
In resealing, the adhesive tapes 5 are discarded and the folded surfaces 2 are erected so as to be in contact with each other, so that the adhesives 10 come into contact with each other and can be easily resealed.

FIG. 5A shows an embodiment of the stand pack 21 in which a double-sided heat-fusible film is used as a bag material and the film at the opening is slightly folded without being folded.
Numeral 7 denotes an orthogonal fusion portion, in which a gusset 17 is folded in order to form a film bottom, 18 is a bag bottom portion, and 19 is a fusion portion. The edge line 4 of the film forming the opening was slightly open. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 5 was fused at the fusion portion 6 to adhere the bag mouth closely. In reality, the edge line 4 of the film forming the opening may be in a state of merely contacting or slightly open. However, the fused portion 6 cannot be opened even if it overlaps with any of the two edge lines 4.

In the present embodiment, the knob piece 15 is provided at one end, but if there is no knob piece, it can be peeled off from the non-fused portion of the tape remaining outside the fusion portion 6.
Further, although the opening is formed as a straight line, if the content is fluid, a shallow V-shape can be used to fuse a wide concealment type tape 5. In this case, the fluid can flow out smoothly from the V-shaped bent portion.

In use, the base piece 8 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 were peeled off at the fused portion 6 by pinching and pulling the knob piece 15, and the tape was peeled off, and the unfused edge line 4 was opened. To reseal the tape, discard the tape and bend the portion of the edge line 4 as shown in FIG. 5 (b), so that the two fusion parts 6 sandwiching the edge line 4 overlap and stick as if they were sticking. Adheres like the mouth of an envelope.
Generally, a thick film is used for a stand pack, but when one film is cut, the other film is a single layer, and it is easy to bend at this cut portion, and resealing, resealing is easy, and It is performed well.

FIG. 6 shows a state after resealing by the above method. Although the opening 20 remains between the two edge lines 4, the horizontal fusion bonding portion 22 of the stand pack 21 is in a fused state, and the adhesive layers 6 on both sides are adhered. The contents are kept sealed.
Reference numeral 23 denotes a film on which a tape fusion portion is provided, and reference numeral 24 denotes a film on which a tape fusion portion is not provided. A portion surrounded by both films 23 and 24 is a content space.
In such an embodiment, a wide tape can be used by increasing the distance between the fusion parts 6.

FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of the label seal bag. In this embodiment, the bag bottom 26 is turned back. Reference numeral 27 denotes a label seal, which is about 30 to 50 mm, and has a hook hole 28 formed at the center.
The opening to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 5 of the present invention was adhered was provided near the label seal 27. When the user pulls the tab piece 15 left unfused at the end of the tape and pulls it, it opens as shown in FIG.
In resealing, as shown in FIG. 5B and FIG. 6, the unsealing portion can be folded and sealed. Further, it is also possible to reseal the film by discarding the adhesive tape, drawing the both end edge lines 4 of the film forming the opening, and attaching both the fusion parts 6 together.
