Claims (10)
- 導電性糸を含む導電部を有する導電性繊維構造体と、
導電性材料及び樹脂を含むパターン導電層と、
前記パターン導電層の少なくとも一方の面に接する熱可塑性樹脂層とを備えており、
前記熱可塑性樹脂層の少なくとも一部分は、前記導電性繊維構造体に含浸されており、
前記パターン導電層は、前記導電性繊維構造体の露出表面に沿って配置され、前記導電部と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする導電性生地。 - 前記導電性繊維構造体は、前記導電部が設けられる生地本体と、部分的に突出する生地片とを備えており、
前記熱可塑性樹脂層及び前記パターン導電層の少なくとも一部分が、前記生地片に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性生地。 - 前記生地片は、前記生地本体の表面から外方に突出して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の導電性生地。
- 前記生地片において、前記パターン導電層が配置される面とは反対側の面に補強部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の導電性生地。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂層は、前記パターン導電層に対して前記導電性繊維構造体側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の導電性生地。
- 前記導電部の少なくとも一部分は、前記導電性繊維構造体において前記パターン導電層が設けられた面とは反対側の面に露出していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の導電性生地。
- 前記導電性繊維構造体は、編地構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の導電性生地。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂層は、ポリウレタンを含有する樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の導電性生地。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂層が導電性生地の前記露出表面とは反対側の表面より内側に存在することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の導電性生地。
- 導電性生地の製造方法であって、
導電性糸を含む導電部を有する導電性繊維構造体を形成する繊維構造体形成ステップと、
導電性材料及び樹脂を含むパターン導電層と、該パターン導電層の少なくとも一方の面側に配置される熱可塑性樹脂層とを有するプリント電極体を、前記導電性繊維構造体における導電部の少なくとも一部分上に載置する載置ステップと、
前記導電性繊維構造体上の前記プリント電極体を加熱及び加圧することにより、前記熱可塑性樹脂層を溶融させて前記導電性繊維構造体に含浸させつつ、パターン導電層を前記導電性繊維構造体の露出表面に沿って配置して前記導電部に電気的に接続する加熱・加圧ステップとを備える導電性生地の製造方法。
