Description
第1コート層および第2コート層の形成は、ミカサ株式会社製SpinCoater MS-A150を用いて行った。具体的には、まず、表4中の種類の欄に示された主成分
にバインダーが混ぜられ、固形分濃度が10質量%以下になるよう溶剤で希釈されたコーティング剤が準備された。次に、上記アルミニウム箔の試料に、当該コーティング剤を滴下し、スピンコーティングにより500rpm以上2000rpm以下のスピードで10秒間コート後、180℃の温度で1分焼成することにより形成した。
