Abstract
【解決手段】ブローノズル23をシール体27で閉塞した状態で加圧供給源30を作動させて該加圧供給源30とブローノズル23との間の液体Lを予備加圧する予備加圧工程と、予備加圧工程により得られたデータに基づいて加圧供給源30の作動条件を設定する作動条件設定工程と、ブローノズル23を開放した状態で作動条件設定工程により設定された作動条件で加圧供給源30を作動させてプリフォーム2を所定形状の容器に液体ブロー成形するブロー成形工程と、を有することを特徴とする液体ブロー成形方法。

Claims (3)
- 加圧供給源からブローノズルを通して有底筒状のプリフォームの内部に加圧した液体を供給して該プリフォームから所定形状の容器の内部に内容液が収容されてなる液体入り容器を成形する液体ブロー成形方法であって、
前記ブローノズルをシール体で閉塞した状態で前記加圧供給源を作動させて該加圧供給源と前記ブローノズルとの間の液体を予備加圧する予備加圧工程と、
前記予備加圧工程により得られたデータに基づいて前記加圧供給源の作動条件を設定する作動条件設定工程と、
前記ブローノズルを開放した状態で前記作動条件設定工程により設定された作動条件で前記加圧供給源を作動させて前記プリフォームを所定形状の容器に液体ブロー成形するブロー成形工程と、を有することを特徴とする液体ブロー成形方法。 - 前記ブロー成形工程において、前記プリフォームの内部へ供給される液体の充填圧を監視し、該充填圧の基準値に対する差に基づいて前記加圧供給源の作動条件を補正する、請求項1に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。
- 液体の充填圧の、圧力上昇傾き、1次ピーク圧、2次ピーク圧への上昇ポイント及び2次ピーク圧のうちの少なくとも1つの基準値に対する差に基づいて前記加圧供給源の作動条件を補正する、請求項2に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。
