Abstract
Description
付着した場所には往々にして澱粉を始め種々の天然養分が含まれ、高湿度である場合にはカビにとって「成長・増殖の快適環境条件」になっている。やがてカビは増殖・成長、菌糸を延ばすと共に胞子を形成、目視できる程に大きな群落となる。こうした現象を俗に「カビが生えた」という。
(1)pH=5〜6及び有効塩素濃度100〜1,000mg/Lの次亜塩素酸水溶液である第1薬剤を、カビが発生した建築物の内外装及び調度品・備品などの処理対象物の処理対象領域表面に噴霧する第1薬剤噴霧工程と、前記第1薬剤噴霧工程後にこの噴霧した領域を風乾する第1風乾工程と、前記第1風乾工程後に、前記処理対象領域表面に、pH=7〜8及び有効塩素濃度100〜1,000mg/Lのモノクロラミン水溶液である第2薬剤を噴霧する第2薬剤噴霧工程と、前記第2薬剤噴霧工程後にこの噴霧した領域を風乾する第2風乾工程と、を有することを特徴とする有色カビの除去方法。
(2)前記第1薬剤噴霧工程と、前記第1風乾工程と、前記第2薬剤噴霧工程とを汚れの程度に応じ複数回繰り返すことを特徴とする(1)に記載の有色カビの除去方法。
(3)前記第2風乾工程後に、前記第1薬剤を前記処理対象領域が湿る程度に噴霧した後、前記第1薬剤を浸み込ませた布又はペーパータオルで浮き出た有色のカビ残渣を清拭する清拭工程を有することを特徴とする(1)又は(2)に記載の有色カビの除去方法。
(a)第1薬剤(=《1》薬剤)噴霧工程
第1薬剤を、処理対象部分である、カビが発生した建築物の内外装及び調度品・備品の表面に噴霧する。ここで、第1薬剤とは、pH=5〜6で、有効塩素濃度100〜1,000mg/Lの次亜塩素酸水溶液である。噴霧量は、50mL/m2を目安とする。ただし、その最適量は、処理部分の汚れの程度に依存するので、最終的には、処理部分から第1薬剤が液垂れし始める少し手前で噴霧をやめる程度の噴霧量とする。
(b)第1風乾工程
工程aで第1薬剤を噴霧した部分を30〜40分程度風乾する。
工程bで風乾した後、処理対象部分に第2薬剤を噴霧する。ここで、第2薬剤とは、pH=7〜8で、有効塩素濃度100〜1,000mg/Lのモノクロラミン水溶液である。噴霧量は、50mL/m2を目安とする。ただし、その最適量は、処理部分の汚れの程度に依存するので、最終的には、処理部分から第2薬剤が液垂れし始める少し手前で噴霧をやめる程度の噴霧量とする。
(d)第2風乾工程
工程cで第2薬剤を噴霧した部分を30〜40分程度風乾する。
(e)清拭工程
工程dで風乾した後、第1薬剤を湿る程度に含浸させた布又はペーパータオルなどを用いて、浮き出た有色のカビ残渣をきれいに拭き取る。
(f)再発防止処理工程
工程eで拭き取った後、処理対象部分に、カビ発生の再発防止処理を施す。具体的には、例えば、2−メルカプトピリジン−N―オキシドとポリビニルピロリドン及びヨウ素との複合錯体を主成分とする薬剤を噴霧するなどの処理を施す。
塗料・コーキング層4の下地は壁面素材5であり、菌糸貫入による毛管が形成されていない為に、モノクロラミンであっても浸透はできない。よって、本発明に係る第1薬剤及び第2薬剤の薬剤によって壁面素材5は損傷されない。
処理対象物:表面抗カビ塗装金属壁及び抗カビ塗料を塗布したコンクリート壁
1,000mm×1,500mmの試験区4面、梁部分及び扉面
使用薬剤:《1》薬剤 pH=5.2〜5.3に安定化された次亜塩素酸水溶液
遊離残留塩素濃度:約400mg/L
《2》薬剤 pH≒8.0のモノクロラミン水
結合残留塩素濃度:約400mg/L
《3》薬剤 主成分を2−メルカプトピリジン−N−オキシド(2−MP O)、ポリビニルピロリドン及びヨウ素の錯体とする薬剤
2−MPO濃度:約400mg/L
菌採取場所:対角線の上(1)及び(4)・中(2)及び(5)・下(3)及び(6
)の壁面並びに別の梁部(7)の7ヶ所(10cm×10cm拭き取り
培養)
採取条件:A)本法実施前の未処理参照区は、(1)及至(3)と実施後(4)(5
)は原状のままで拭き取り検体採取、実施後の(6)のみ布で空拭き
後に採取。
B)本法実施の処理区は、処理前壁面(1)及至(3)と処理後の(4) (5)は原状のまま採取、(6)のみ薬剤《1》を浸み込ませた布で 表面清拭後に拭き取り検体採取。
C)扉面は本法《1》薬剤噴霧の後に《2》薬剤噴霧し、清拭なし。
尚、この結果において本法《1》薬剤の後に《3》薬剤の噴霧処理をした場合の殺菌率は、対照区の結果を下回っている。しかしながら、《3》薬剤の効果は遅効性であることが発明者の研究で判っており、未処理時の真菌数も4区画中の最低であることから、薬効に関して短期間の判断は適切ではない。カビの再発生阻止と脱色の効果判定は長期放置後の比較を要す。

Claims (1)
- (1)pH=5〜6及び有効塩素濃度100〜1,000mg/Lの次亜塩素酸水溶液である第1薬剤を、カビが発生した建築物の内外装及び調度品・備品などの処理対象物の処理対象領域表面に噴霧する第1薬剤噴霧工程と、前記第1薬剤噴霧工程後にこの噴霧した領域を風乾する第1風乾工程と、前記第1風乾工程後に、前記処理対象領域表面に、pH=7〜8及び有効塩素濃度100〜1,000mg/Lのモノクロラミン水溶液である第2薬剤を噴霧する第2薬剤噴霧工程と、前記第2薬剤噴霧工程後にこの噴霧した領域を風乾する第2風乾工程と、を有することを特徴とする有色カビの除去方法。
(2)前記第1薬剤噴霧工程と、前記第1風乾工程と、前記第2薬剤噴霧工程とを汚れの程度に応じ複数回繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有色カビの除去方法。
(3)前記第2風乾工程後に、前記第1薬剤を前記処理対象領域が湿る程度に噴霧した後、前記第1薬剤を浸み込ませた布又はペーパータオルで浮き出た有色のカビ残渣を清拭する清拭工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有色カビの除去方法。
