Description
Claims (21)
- 硬化、後硬化、共硬化、複合材料部品の固着を含む複合材料の処理のための柔軟な壁がある増圧装置。
- 前記増圧装置は、前記増圧装置が、処理される複合材料の異なる大きさ及び形状を収容するために任意の大きさ又は形状で構成され得るように、複数の相互接続されたモジュールでできている、請求項1に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記増圧装置は、前記増圧装置の内側に圧力及び温度の入力が付加され得る容積を提供する、請求項1に記載の増圧装置。
- テキスタイルウェビング、織布、不織布、ロープ、被覆布、高分子フィルム、及び柔軟な断熱材料からなる群から選択された織物製品を備える複数の層からなる膨張式外郭構造を備える、請求項1に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記織物製品を支持し拘束する剛性梁の相互接続された骨格を更に備える、請求項4に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記増圧装置を可動にするための車輪を有する剛性基礎を更に備える、請求項1に記載の増圧装置。
- 処理される複合材料を支持するための剛性内部プラットフォームを更に備える、請求項1に記載の増圧装置。
- 任意の大きさ及び形状の扉を作るための前記織物製品の異なる部分を接続する織物製品の機械的なインターフェースを更に備える、請求項1に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記機械的なインターフェースは、圧力シールジッパー、クリップ、バックル、及びカラビナから構成される群から選択される、請求項8に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記機械的なインターフェースは、前記インターフェースが前記織物製品の異なる部分に接続されていないとき、前記装置の中へアクセスすることを許容する、請求項8に記載の増圧装置。
- ポート及びパススルーコネクタのうちの少なくとも1つを提供するために前記織物製品上に剛性パネルを更に備え、

- 前記複数の層は、構造負荷、空気保持、及び断熱の機能を達成するために使用される、請求項4に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記外郭構造の最も内側の層は、被覆織物材料を備える貯気槽の層であり、
前記被覆は、高分子複合材料の処理に関連する温度に耐える能力がある、請求項4に記載の増圧装置。 - 単一の部品、及び接合された複数の部品から構成される群から構成される、請求項1に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記チャンバが膨張していないときに、前記織物製品を支持するために、前記織物製品に内接又は外接する剛性支持骨格を更に備える、請求項5に記載の増圧装置。
- 容器内処理の処理監視及び制御、又は容器自体の構造健全性の監視の機能を備えるために、織物製品の層に埋め込まれたセンサを更に備える、請求項4に記載の増圧装置
- 前記テキスタイルウェビングは、互いに織られ周期的に結合されるか、又は、重複し定期的に結合されるかのどちらかである、請求項4に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記増圧装置の部分は、圧容量を形成するために、ツール又は他の表面に取り付けられ得る、請求項1に記載の増圧装置。
- 前記増圧装置のモジュールは、前記増圧装置への部品の積み降ろしを容易にするために、部分的に分解されることができる、請求項2に記載の増圧装置。
- 直線状の円筒、及び異常な形状の部品を収容するための角又は突起を有する円筒から構成される群から選択される形状を有する、請求項2に記載の増圧装置。
