Abstract
Description
しかし、このような従来のプレートにおいては、韓国人の体形に合わず、骨切り術部位の角度が合わないため、手術後に合併症が発生するという問題があった。
また、ヘッド部に角度を形成してネジが骨を離脱しないようにする遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具を提供する。
ヘッド部30に結合されるネジ32の結合角は下部大腿骨2bの厚さに応じて様々な変形実施が可能である。
このように、本発明の一実施形態による遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具によれば、ヘッド部を回転させてプレートと骨を堅固に結合できるという効果がある。
また、ヘッド部に角度を形成してネジが骨から離脱しないため、手術後の合併症の発生を減少できるという効果がある。
Claims (14)
- 閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術によって切開された大腿骨に設置される遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具であって、
前記大腿骨に密着し、複数の結合孔及び長孔が形成される胴体部、
前記胴体部の一端と連結され、複数の結合孔が形成されるヘッド部、
前記結合孔に挿入されるネジ、及び
前記長孔に結合位置を調節して挿入される摺動ネジを含み、
前記ヘッド部は前記ヘッド部の下面を基準に上方向に一定の傾斜角を有するように形成されることを特徴とする閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。 - 前記ヘッド部は、
前記胴体部を基準に左側または右側にねじれて前記胴体部と結合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。 - 前記ヘッド部には複数の行をなす結合孔が形成され、
各行には複数の結合孔が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。 - 前記ヘッド部と前記胴体部は湾曲するように形成されて前記大腿骨に密着することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部に結合される前記ネジは特定点に向かうように結合することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部の上部面において第1行に形成される前記結合孔の中心部を連結する線は基準線を基準に3〜5度の傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部の下部面において第1行に形成される前記結合孔の中心部を連結する線は基準線を基準に5〜7度の傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部の下部面において第2行に形成される前記結合孔の中心部を連結する線は基準線を基準に1.5〜2.5度の傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記ヘッド部の一側面は前記胴体部を基準に20〜22度の傾斜角を有し、他側面は24〜26度の傾斜角を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記胴体部の一側面はヘッド部の側面を基準に一定の傾斜を有するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記胴体部は7〜9度の角度を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記複数の行は各々2個の結合孔が形成され、
前記結合孔の第1列に挿入されるネジは基準線を基準に13〜15度の傾斜角を有し、
第2列に挿入される前記ネジは基準線を基準に17〜19度の傾斜角を有するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。 - 前記ヘッド部または前記胴体部にはガイドピンが固定されるための少なくとも一つのガイドホールが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
- 前記複数の行は各々2個の結合孔が形成され、
前記結合孔の第2行に挿入されるネジは垂直線を基準に16〜18度の傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の閉鎖性遠位大腿骨骨切り術用の固定器具。
