Claims (20)
- システムであって、
撮像システム筐体と、
エネルギーを患者の乳房に送達するために前記撮像システム筐体に接続されるX線源と、
撮像アーム筐体に接続される圧迫アームアセンブリ筐体と、
前記圧迫アームアセンブリ筐体に接続される支持体であって、前記支持体は、前記エネルギーの送達の間、前記患者の乳房を支持するように構成される、支持体と、
前記支持体の表面が前記X線源と前記検出器との間に配置されるように、前記支持体内に配置される検出器であって、前記検出器は、前記X線源から送達されるエネルギーを受容するように適合され、前記支持体は、前記X線源と前記検出器との間に配置される、検出器と、
前記支持体と前記X線源との間に配置されるパドルであって、前記パドルの底部表面は、少なくとも部分的に、平面を画定し、静止位置にあるとき、前記平面は、前記支持体と実質的に平行である、パドルと、
前記パドルを前記圧迫アームアセンブリ筐体に接続する枢動機構であって、前記枢動機構は、前記患者の矢状平面と実質的に平行な回転軸を画定し、前記枢動機構は、前記パドルを前記静止位置に付勢するための少なくとも1つの付勢要素を備える、枢動機構と、
を備える、システム。 - 少なくとも1つの付勢要素は、一対の付勢要素を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの付勢要素は、第1の対の付勢要素および第2の対の付勢要素を備える、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の対の付勢要素は、第1の回転範囲の間、前記パドルを付勢し、前記第2の対の付勢要素は、第2の回転範囲の間、前記パドルを付勢する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の対の付勢要素のうちの一方は、第1の回転範囲および第2の回転範囲の間、前記パドルに接触し、前記第2の対の付勢要素のうちの一方は、第2の回転範囲の間のみ、前記パドルに接触する、請求項3−4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記枢動機構はさらに、前記患者の冠状平面と実質的に平行な回転軸を画定する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの付勢要素は、一定力付勢要素および可変力付勢要素のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記枢動機構は、前記パドルと一体型である、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記枢動機構は、前記圧迫アームアセンブリ筐体と一体型であって、前記パドルは、前記枢動機構に可撤性に接続される、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記枢動機構に対する前記パドルの位置を検出するためのセンサをさらに備える、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 装置であって、
乳房撮像手技の間、乳房を圧迫するためのパドルと、
前記パドルに枢動可能に接続されるブラケットであって、前記ブラケットは、撮像システムに可撤性に接続されるように適合される、ブラケットと、
前記パドルを矢状平面と実質的に平行な回転軸を中心として実質的に中立位置に付勢するために前記ブラケット間に配置される、少なくとも1つの付勢要素と、
を備える、装置。 - 前記ブラケットは、複数の同軸方向車軸を備え、前記パドルは、複数の開口部を画定し、前記複数の開口部はそれぞれ、前記複数の車軸のうちの1つを受容するように適合される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記ブラケットに対する前記パドルの枢動を選択的に防止するための係止部をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記パドルは、2つの側縁表面および中心表面を備え、前記2つの側縁表面は、平面を画定し、前記中心表面は、前記平面の片側上に配置される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記パドルはさらに、前記ブラケットに近接して配置される前壁および背壁を備え、前記中心表面は、前記背壁の正面表面から延在し、前記前壁は、前記背壁より前記平面から離れて配置される、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記パドルは、実質的に凹面底部表面を備える、請求項11−15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの付勢要素は、一対の付勢要素を備える、請求項11−16のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの付勢要素は、第1の対の付勢要素および第2の対の付勢要素を備える、請求項11−17のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の対の付勢要素は、第1の回転範囲および第2の回転範囲の間、前記パドルを付勢し、前記第2の対の付勢要素は、前記第2の運動範囲の間のみ、前記パドルを付勢する、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの付勢要素は、一定力付勢要素および可変力付勢要素のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項11−19のいずれかに記載の装置。
