Claims (29)
- 装着者の生体監視のための装着型電子パッチであって、
アンテナと、
ベース部分と、
前記ベース部分から離間し前記ベース部分とは反対側の遠位部分であって、前記アンテナが前記遠位部分に固定され、前記ベース部分が前記遠位部分よりも前記装着者に近くなるように構成される、遠位部分と、
前記ベース部分と前記遠位部分とを接合する介在部分と、
前記ベース部分から前記アンテナを遠方に動かすために圧縮された状態から拡張するようにサイジングおよび成形されたスペーサと
を含む、装着型電子パッチ。 - 圧縮されたとき、前記スペーサが、前記ベース部分と前記アンテナとの間の空間を維持する、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記スペーサは、前記ベース部分が前記装着者に固定された後、拡張するように構成された発泡体材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記スペーサが約1.0の比誘電率を有する、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分、前記遠位部分、および前記介在部分が、連続したプリント回路板を形成する、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記遠位部分に取り付けられた前記介在部分の第1の端部は、前記ベース部分に取り付けられた前記介在部分の第2の端部の上で折り畳まれる、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分を前記スペーサに固定すること、および前記スペーサを前記遠位部分に固定することのうちの少なくとも1つを行う粘着層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記アンテナが前記遠位部分上にプリントされた回路要素である、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記アンテナに結合され、前記ベース部分と前記遠位部分との間に配設された無線回路をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分および前記遠位部分のうちの少なくとも一方に取り付けられ、1つまたは複数の物理的特性を測定するように構成されたセンサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記装着型電子パッチが前記装着者に装着されたときを検出するように構成された身体検出回路をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分と前記遠位部分との間に少なくとも部分的に配設されたバッテリーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分および前記遠位部分のうちの少なくとも一方をカバーする着脱可能なパッケージングであって、前記パッケージングの除去は前記圧縮された状態から拡張するように前記スペーサを解放する、着脱可能なパッケージングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 少なくとも前記ベース部分、前記遠位部分、および前記介在部分を収容し、前記スペーサの拡張に応答して拡張するように構成された永続的パッケージングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分に結合されたセンサであって、前記スペーサが前記センサを前記アンテナから分離するように配置および構成される、センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 装着者の生体監視のための装着型電子パッチであって、
前記装着型電子パッチのベース部分から遠方に拡張するために前記装着型電子パッチの遠位部分を弾性的に付勢するための手段であって、前記遠位部分は前記ベース部分から離間し前記ベース部分とは反対側にあり、アンテナは前記遠位部分に固定され、前記ベース部分は前記遠位部分よりも前記装着者に近くなるように構成される、手段と、
無線信号の送信および受信からなるグループから選択された1つまたは複数の機能のために前記遠位部分に固定された前記アンテナを使用するための手段と
を含む、装着型電子パッチ。 - 完全に圧縮されたとき、弾性的に付勢するための前記手段が、前記ベース部分と前記アンテナとの間の空間を維持する、請求項16に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 弾性的に付勢するための前記手段が約1.0の比誘電率を有する、請求項16に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分を弾性的に付勢するための前記手段に固定すること、および弾性的に付勢するための前記手段を前記遠位部分に固定することのうちの少なくとも1つを行うための手段をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記装着者の1つまたは複数の検出可能な物理的特性に基づいて前記装着型電子パッチが前記装着者に取り付けられたときを検出するための手段をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分と前記遠位部分との間に少なくとも部分的に配設された、前記装着型電子パッチに給電するための手段をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 前記ベース部分から遠方に拡張するために前記遠位部分を弾性的に付勢するための前記手段が、前記装着型電子パッチの他の電子構成要素から前記ベース部分に結合されたセンサを分離するための手段を含む、請求項16に記載の装着型電子パッチ。
- 装着者に施すための装着型電子パッチを作製および使用する方法であって、
プリント回路板のベース部分から遠方に拡張するために圧縮可能スペーサを用いて前記装着型電子パッチの前記プリント回路板の遠位部分を弾性的に付勢するステップと、
前記遠位部分を前記ベース部分から遠方に前記ベース部分とは反対側に離間させるステップであって、前記ベース部分が前記遠位部分よりも前記装着者に近くなるように構成される、ステップと、
無線信号の送信および受信のうちの少なくとも一方のために、前記遠位部分に固定されたアンテナを使用するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記プリント回路板の前記ベース部分から遠方に拡張するために前記圧縮可能スペーサを用いて前記電子パッチの前記プリント回路板の前記遠位部分を弾性的に付勢するステップは、前記圧縮可能スペーサが第1の状態から第2の状態に拡張することを可能にするために前記圧縮可能スペーサを解放することを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記装着型電子パッチの組立中に前記圧縮可能スペーサを圧縮するステップであって、前記遠位部分と前記ベース部分との間の距離は、前記圧縮可能スペーサが圧縮されたときに低減される、ステップをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮可能スペーサが完全に圧縮されたときに前記ベース部分と前記アンテナとの間の空間を維持する前記圧縮可能スペーサを使用して前記装着型電子パッチの圧縮を制限するステップをさらに含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース部分および前記遠位部分のうちの少なくとも一方に取り付けられ、前記装着者の1つまたは複数の検出可能な物理的特性を測定するように構成されたセンサを起動するステップをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記装着型電子パッチが前記装着者に装着されたときを検出するように構成された身体検出回路を起動するステップをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース部分および前記遠位部分のうちの少なくとも一方をカバーするパッケージングを除去するステップであって、前記パッケージングの除去は圧縮された状態から拡張するように前記圧縮可能スペーサを解放する、ステップをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
