Abstract
Description
本出願は、引用によって本明細書にその全体を組み込まれている2014年9月26日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/056,313号からの優先権の利益を主張するものである。
本発明の開示の実施形態は、被検者の身体の内部区域を診断及び/又は治療するための医療システムに関する。医療システムは、洗浄液のための組み込まれたポンプを有する医療デバイスを含むことができる。

Claims (15)
- 医療デバイスであって、
近位端と遠位端の間で長手方向に延びる挿入部分であって、それを通って延びるチャネルを定める前記挿入部分と、
前記挿入部分の前記近位端に結合されたハンドルと、を含み、
前記ハンドルは、
前記チャネルと流体連通し、かつ洗浄液の供給源に結合された洗浄ポートと、
アクチュエータと、
加圧器と、
を含み、
前記アクチュエータは、前記加圧器の起動を制御して前記チャネルを通して遠位に洗浄液を押し込むように構成される、
ことを特徴とする医療デバイス。 - 前記ハンドルは、該ハンドルの内部内に収容されたプリント回路基板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記加圧器は、前記プリント回路基板上に位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記加圧器は、前記プリント回路基板の外部に位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記チャネルに流体的に結合された少なくとも2つの分枝を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記洗浄ポートは、前記少なくとも2つの分枝のうちの第1の分枝に流体的に結合され、前記加圧器は、該少なくとも2つの分枝のうちの第2の分枝に流体的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記加圧器は、前記洗浄ポートの上流に位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記加圧器は、ピストンポンプ及び蠕動ポンプのうちの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータは、押圧可能トリガ及び回転可能ダイヤルのうちの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記押圧可能トリガを含み、
前記アクチュエータは、機械的リンケージを通じて前記加圧器に結合される、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記回転可能ダイヤルを含み、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ハンドル内のプリント回路基板上に位置決めされたメモリに結合される、
ことを特徴とする請求項9又は請求項10に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記メモリは、前記加圧器を起動するための格納指令を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記チャネルを通る望ましい洗浄液の速度、頻度、及び/又は持続時間のうちの少なくとも1つを表す指標を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記洗浄液供給源は、塩水、水、薬剤、及び洗浄溶液のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- それを通して医療ツールを受け入れるように構成された第2のポートを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
