Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- インフレータブル装置への接続をシールするマニホールドを有するハウジングであって、圧縮ガスを封止する破壊容易なシールを有するガスカートリッジのネックを受け入れるように構成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられるアクチュエータハウジングと、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータハウジングは、
内部シリンダ内に往復可能に配置された中空の大径ピアスピンと、
前記内部シリンダに接続されるパワープライマーホルダであって、パワープライマーを受け入れるように構成されたパワープライマーホルダと、
前記パワープライマーと軸方向に整列して前記ハウジング内に往復可能に取り付けられたバラスト発射ピンと、
前記バラスト発射ピンを前記パワープライマーに向かって常に付勢するばねと、
前記バラスト発射ピンをコック位置に保持するトリガピンと、
を有し、
前記トリガピンを取り外して発射すると、前記ばねによって前方へ付勢される前記バラスト発射ピンが、前記パワープライマーホルダ内に配置された前記パワープライマーに前記発射ピン先端を素早く打ち当てることによって前記パワープライマーを点火し、前記パワープライマーからの点火ガスが前記内部シリンダ内へ拡がることによって、前記大径ピアスピンを駆動し、前記ガスカートリッジの破壊容易なシールを穿孔するのに十分な力で前記破壊容易なシールに大きな直径の孔を空け、前記ガスカートリッジから逃げるガスを、中空の前記大径ピアスピンを通って前記マニホールドに流し込み、前記インフレータブル装置を膨らませる、インフレータ。 - 前記大径ピアスピンは、ガスシリンダから逃げるガスを導く側部ポートを含む、請求項1に記載のインフレータ。
- 更に、
前記コック位置に前記バラスト発射ピンを保持する位置に、前記トリガピンを取り外し可能に配置するために、前記アクチュエータハウジングを把持する少なくとも1つのアームを備える、請求項1に記載のインフレータ。 - 更に、
前記アームをテザーに接続する一方、前記テザーを引っ張ると前記アームを取り外すことが可能なコネクタを備える、請求項3に記載のインフレータ。 - 前記トリガピンは、前記ハウジングのスロットに延び、
前記トリガピンが前記スロットから取り外されることによって前記アームが取り外されるまで、前記コック位置に前記バラスト発射ピンを保持する、請求項3に記載のインフレータ。 - 前記ハウジングは、更に、前記アームを受け入れる溝を備える、請求項3に記載のインフレータ。
- 前記アクチュエータハウジングは、前記ハウジングに螺合されている、請求項1に記載のインフレータ。
- 前記ホルダは、前記内部シリンダに螺合されている、請求項1に記載のインフレータ。
- 前記内部シリンダは、前記ハウジングに螺合されている、請求項1に記載のインフレータ。
- 前記ばねは、前記バラスト発射ピン内の環状キャビティ内に取り付けられる圧縮ばねを含む、請求項1に記載のインフレータ。
