Description
また、下部拡張結合部は、固定部の固定板に所定角度で延長形成されて下側面にラチェットが陽刻形成されたラチェット片と、ラチェット片の下側面に形成されて上部拡張結合部が挿入及びガイドされるようにするガイド空間を提供するガイド腰部体と、及びガイド腰部体の下側面に貫通形成されてガイド腰部体に挿入される上部拡張結合部の挿脱を防止する固定バーが貫通される結合孔を含むことが望ましい。
Claims (8)
- 切開された頚椎1の椎弓板10のうち上部椎弓板11の切開面11aが安着支持されるようにした状態で上部椎弓板11に固定される第1スペーサ100と、
前記切開された頚椎1の椎弓板10のうち下部椎弓板12の切開面12aが接触支持されるように下部椎弓板12に固定される第2スペーサ200を含んで、
第1スペーサ100と第2スペーサ200は、相互間長さが拡張可能な状態を有して固定バー300によって相互間分離されない結合状態を有することを特徴とする椎弓形成術用スペーサ。 - 第1スペーサ100は、
上部椎弓板11の上側面に接触された状態でスクリューが貫通された後上部椎弓板11に植立されることを通じて上部椎弓板11に固定される固定部110と、
固定部110に垂直するように構成されて上部椎弓板11の切開面11aが安着支持されるようにする安着部120と、及び
固定部110と安着部120の連結部位から延長形成されて第2スペーサ200に拡張可能な状態で結合される上部拡張結合部130を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサ。 - 安着部120は、
固定部110の固定板111から所定角度を有しながら折曲延長されて上部椎弓板11の切開面11aが安着支持されるようにする安着用シェルフ(shelf)121と、
安着用シェルフ121の端部から所定角度を有しながら延長されて上部椎弓板11の下側面一部を支持する支持用フランジ122を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサ。 - 上部拡張結合部130は、
固定板111から所定角度で折曲されるように延長形成されて上側面に複数個のラチェット131aが一定間隔で陰刻形成されたラチェット片131と、
ラチェット片131の下側面に形成されるガイドブロック132と、及び
ラチェット片131とガイドブロック132に貫通された状態で長さ方向に楕円形状を有しながら形成される拡張孔133を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサ。 - 第2スペーサ200は、下部椎弓板12の上側面に接触された状態でスクリューが貫通された後下部椎弓板12に植立されることを通じて下部椎弓板12に固定される固定部210と、
固定部210から所定角度を有しながら延長形成されて第1スペーサ100の上部拡張結合部130に拡張可能な状態で結合される下部拡張結合部220と、及び
下部拡張結合部220に形成されて下部椎弓板12の切開面12aが接触支持されるようにする接触部230を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサ。 - 下部拡張結合部220は、
固定部210の固定板211に所定角度で延長形成されて下側面にラチェット221aが陽刻形成されたラチェット片221と、
ラチェット片131の下側面に形成されて上部拡張結合部130が挿入及びガイドされるようにするガイド空間222aを提供するガイド腰部体222と、及び
ガイド腰部体222に下側面に貫通形成されてガイド腰部体222に挿入される上部拡張結合部130の挿脱を防止する固定バー300が貫通される結合孔223を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサ。 - 接触部230は、
固定板211に垂直な角度を有するようにガイド腰部体222に形成されて下部椎弓板12の切開面12aが接触支持されるようにする接触面231を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサ。 - 固定バー300は、
下部拡張結合部220の結合孔223下側部から結合孔223に貫通され、その一端がガイド腰部体222のガイド空間222aに挿入された上部拡張結合部130のガイドブロック132とラチェット片131の拡張孔133に位置された状態で他端が結合孔223に強制嵌めまたは溶接結合されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサ。
