Claims (8)
- 少なくとも2つの金属層と、前記金属層間に配置された少なくとも1つのポリマー層と、を含む複合材料であって、前記ポリマー層が、少なくとも1つの溶接添加剤を含み、
前記ポリマー層が、0.1〜30.0重量%の量で海綿鉄を含むことを特徴とする、複合材料。 - 前記ポリマー層が、1.0以上かつ15.0重量%以下の海綿鉄を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記海綿鉄が、金属および/または非金属無機コーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
- 前記金属層が、鋼材料、アルミニウム材料、および/もしくはマグネシウム材料、または前記材料の組み合わせから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記金属層が、0.1〜3.0mm、より具体的には0.15〜2.0mm、好ましくは0.2〜1.5mm、およびより好ましくは0.3〜1.2mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー層が、0.01〜0.2mm、より具体的には0.02〜0.1mm、好ましくは0.025〜0.05mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー層が、0.1〜25.0重量%、より具体的には0.5〜20.0重量%、好ましくは1.0〜15.0重量%、より好ましくは1.5〜10.0重量%の量で充填剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの複合材料を有する、特に自動車構造における抵抗溶接構造。
