Claims (8)
- 流入口と排出口の間の流路を可変して流量を調節する輸液流量調節器において、
円に沿って凹溝で形成した円形流路と、円形流路よりも相対的に大きい半径の円弧に沿って凹溝で形成した円弧流路と、円弧流路の一端を円形流路に連結されるように凹溝で形成した連結流路を単一の扁平面に具備する第1本体;
一つの板で形成されて第1本体の円形流路、円弧流路および連結流路が形成された面を覆うものの、円形流路上の一地点に貫通ホールで形成されて円形流路と連通する円形流路出口と、円弧流路上の一地点に貫通ホールで形成されて円弧流路と連通する円弧流路入口を具備するシール部材;
シール部材を介在した状態で第1本体が回転可能に装着されるものの、シール部材を回転しないように固定し、流入口を円弧流路入口に連結されるようにし、排出口を円形流路出口に連結されるようにした第2本体;を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、輸液流量調節器。 - 前記第2本体は前記流入口と排出口を回転軸を中心に互いに対向するように具備し、回転軸からそれぞれ流入口および排出口に向かって長く形成されて手で把持できる把持部を前記第1本体が装着された面と反対となる背面に具備することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液流量調節器。
- 前記第1本体の外周面には周り方向に沿って形成した凹凸と目盛りを具備するものの、目盛りを凹凸より第2本体に近く具備することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の輸液流量調節器。
- 前記連結流路の断面積は前記円形流路の断面積よりも相対的に大きく形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液流量調節器。
- 前記円弧流路は幅が全区間に亘って均一であり、塞がっている他端から前記連結流路に連結される一端に行くほど次第に深さが深くなり、前記一端に行くほど断面積が増加し、
前記円形流路は全区間に亘って幅と深さが均一であるため断面積も均一であり、
前記円弧流路入口の直径は前記円弧流路の幅と同一であり、前記円形流路出口の直径は前記円形流路の幅と同一であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の輸液流量調節器。 - 前記円形流路の断面積は前記円弧流路の最大断面積と同一であり、1m水位差に対する流量が目盛りとして前記第1本体に刻まれることを特徴とする、請求項4または請求項5に記載の輸液流量調節器。
- 前記円形流路の断面積は前記円弧流路の最大断面積よりも相対的に大きく形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4または請求項5に記載の輸液流量調節器。
- 前記円弧流路の断面積は塞がっている他端から連結流路に連結された一端に行くほど次第に増加してから減少するように形成されるものの、減少区間が増加区間よりも相対的に短くされ、増加区間から減少区間に差し掛かる時に初期には減少量が緩やかに減少するが次第に減少量が大きくなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の輸液流量調節器。
